Meet the Sand Dunes Beach Townhouse; A 4 story luxury beach house with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths and 7 balconies; a designer kitchen, living room, family room, den, private elevator, intercom system, outdoor shower, direct access to a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and of course, the beach.   Located on the beach block, only 5 houses from beach.  

Accommodations include Four Bedrooms: Two Master suites: A Palatial King, and Ocean View Queen; 2 more bedrooms each with a queen bed; as well as a Den with a daybed and trundle and sofabed; a Penthouse Family Room with a queen sofabed, and large party terrace with amazing ocean views.  State of the Art and State of Luxury appliances make the open floor plan kitchen 'to die for'; Viking appliances ready to use or not use; as you please. 2 beverage fridges in the family room and living rooms.  2nd full size refrigerator in den.  Well stocked kitchen to please the gourmet cook.   Washer and Dryer on 3rd floor.  Linen and towels provided.  

Do not call it luxury; just what you need and want; from the ocean and poolside balconies on the second, third and fourth floors; a beautiful pool with kiddie pool and accompanying jacuzzi and chef grilling area at the foot of our entrance; and the use of the Coastal Colors facilities including the fitness center; game room, and an oceanview club room.

Fee includes:  Bed linens, Towels, Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, bikes, cleaning service before and after your stay, parking for 3 cars, and taxes.

Family Vacation with new baby.

We normally fly away for vacation but had to stay close this year due to a new baby being born. This house was perfect. It’s beautiful, extremely well kept, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for the house, the pool and the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and even made sure we knew some helpful tips like getting our food delivered as soon as we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. Some extra things the owner took care of for us was providing an extra parking pass, she made sure that we had a crib available for the toddler and a pack and play for the baby. I notified her of something on one of the patios needing some attention and she brought a brand new one for the home as we were checking out. You can tell they really care about this home and take care of it very well. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for our family !!!

We had several family members comfortably spend a week in this fabulous house . There were plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone to enjoy. My kids especially loved the fourth floor as a game room to play in . The kitchen fit everyone nicely and was easy to cook in . The host has really put thought into everything you could possibly need for vacation ! The walk to the beach was exceptional close .

Just so wonderful!!!

Our stay was amazing. From Stephanie, the owner, greeting us by picking up our online grocery order and putting our food away to providing every single item you usually have to bring to a beach vacation. I mean everything- beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes, umbrella, boogie boards, bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner , soap, toothpaste, blow dryers....I mean everything. Fully functional kitchen with all cooking spices, paper products - again I mean everything is provided. The home is so spacious and really set up for a large group. We loved it. We had four families (a baby and two toddlers and a teenager) and it was great for all. The location is awesome and we just love it. I hope they get to entertain many families because this is the way to vacation at the shore. Wildwood Crest is awesome!

Perfect Family Vacation

Such a roomy house with all amenities. With towels, linens and all beach equipment supplied, made the trip so much easier. The pool is awesome and the grandkids loved the game room. The owners, Stephanie and Angela are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this house for a big family of all ages.

Home Away from Home!

Just back from vacation at Stephanie and Angela's at Coastal Colors and would HIGHLY recommend their house! We are a three generation family of 10 and had enough room to spread out across the 4 levels or to be together in the fantastic great room/kitchen/dining room. Everything you could possibly need was there, even some things you did not know you needed, such as central vacuum and 3 zone A/C. All the extra amenities (beach chairs, pool toys, etc...) enhanced our vacation. The Location is the best, so close to the beach and the pool right off the rear balcony. Stephanie was amazing, giving us a personal orientation upon arrival and even picking up our food order so that we could begin vacation as soon as we arrived. WE WILL definitely return......

Nothing short of perfect

We can't say enough about what a perfect time we had. My husband enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, I enjoyed quietly reading on the many porches, and we all enjoyed quick access to beach and pool. The house is perfectly designed to spend time together in the great open 2nd floor, but you can also find plenty of space if you need some quiet. Thank you so very much for the perfect family vacation!

Exceptional home for our family vacation!

Our hostess, Stephanie was lovely. She really anticipates your every need. Her property is lovely. Our family of 9 had so much space to enjoy our time together. The location is perfect, steps to the pool and beach. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are to die for. She provides all the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need in bathrooms, beach chairs, toys, chairs, umbrellas & cart for the short walk to the beach. All towels& linens. Beach towels are even labeled with cute names so we knew which one belonged to each of us. A welcome basket for all those little things you forget. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice of property & hostess. This is definitely a 5 Star property and we will return. Thank you for a fantastic week.

Fantastic time at Coastal Colors- Sand Dunes

Our stay at Sandy Dunes was fantastic! The location is great, steps away from the beach. Stephanie is a wonderful host and really made us feel welcome. She is easy to get in contact with for any questions and really provides the most detailed accomodations of any summer rental we have ever had. From paper products, beach supplies, bicycles, cooking spices to a basket of things you normally forget (like a toothbrush) and she can even pick up your grocery order if you order it online. The house is in beautiful and in clean condition and easily accomodated our family of 10. We would definitely recommend renting Angela and Stephanie's townhouse and we can't wait to go back!

Absolutely Beautiful!!

Everything was amazing! We loved the sunsets on the fourth floor deck. Stephanie made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful week. The pool and grill area was incredible. Our kids loved the short walks to the beach in the evening. Definitely one of the best family vacations we've ever had.

We couldn't imagine a better house for our family of 10...ages 18 months to 69...magical week in NJ

We spent a fabulous week on the Jersey Shore. Stephanie handled all our questions leading up to our visit promptly and thoroughly and did an excellent job orienting us to the house. Every thing you could imagine needing for a week's stay was provided. Proximity of house to beach and pool was perfect for little ones. House is very convenient to Cape May, which we visited a few times, but we all agreed that staying in Wildwood was the way to go. This is the 4th time our family has rented a house, and this was by far the best experience. Worth every penny! Thank you. The Fox Family (Chicago and New York)

Vacation 2017

We had the best time at this house! We had everything we needed.:bath towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, beach cart, shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, every kitchen tool imaginable, spices...you name it, the house had it! They was a ton of space in this house! And, so many decks to enjoy the outside! The rooftop deck was the best! You could see the beach and watch the sunset behind you. The owners weee also 5 star people. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Amazing family memories in a terrific house

I can not express how wonderful my family vacation was at Wildwood this year. Stephanie was a terrific host. She welcomed us on our first day and gave us a tour of the house. She provided a ton of amenities – all linens, paper products, beach bikes with locks, sand toys, and quality beach chairs. I was so impressed from the start. In addition, Stephanie provided us discounted park tickets and valuable information about Wildwood. The house and community was absolutely extraordinary. Beautiful kitchen stocked with every spice imaginable. Pillows were all memory foam and the beds were amazingly comfortable as if I were at the Sleep Center. As our first family vacation, this will be one of our most memorable moments together.

Family vacation!

THIS HOUSE IS AWESOME! The pictures don't do it justice. Our family of 10 stayed here in July. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of! Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, utensils and even a whole set of melamine so that you can dine by the pool. There is a wide assortment of spices and other things that would be in a kitchen so you don't have to worry about buying them. There are trash bags, laundry soap, baggies, tin foil... Tons of towels and beach towels! Lots of pool/beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, helmets, locks and beach cart. The pool is tended to everyday so it very clean all the time. The beach is the perfect distance. You can easily run home if you forget something. It was not overly crowded and there was even a life guard during the day. Beautiful sunrises in the morning! The house is clean, bright and spacious. There are thermostats for each floor. The bathrooms are well equipped with hair dryers, curlers, soap, shampoo and body wash. The rooms are spacious! In addition to the 4 bedrooms there is a downstairs room with a pull out sofa and a day bed with a trundle. Upstairs there is a GREAT family room with another pull out sofa. There is also a computer, tv, Wii with lots of games, and a Wonderful array of board games to keep any family with kids entertained for days. Then there is the deck!! Our family spent an enormous amount of time here as you can see the beach and the sun set. There is ample seating as we had 10 people and we were all up there. If crowds aren't your thing, don't worry, there are 5 other decks that you can enjoy! The elevator was just what we needed with elderly parents. It allowed them to partake in all activities within the house. Stephanie and Angela were very attentive to our needs and would check in every now and then to make sure we had everything we needed and were always kind and willing to answer any questions that we had. They were even Offered to go grocery shopping for us so that the house was stocked when we got there! Now that is service!! Don't miss out on this house...the worst part of your vacation will be leaving it!

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful vacation, the townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed. Two of my children were coming from out of state so it was great we didn't need to worry about packing towels and sheets. Everything was provided including bikes, beach chairs ,umbrella and lots more. The owners are great and try to provide everything you might need, we all had a great time.

Great family vacation!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful beach house! It was the perfect size, it was big enough that we had a little time to ourselves, but not too big that we felt like we were on separate vacations. My husband and I came with our three daughters, two boyfriends, and two grandkids. There was something to do for everyone. We spent one day at the Wildwood Boardwalk and Morey's Piers and one day in Cape May. We had so much fun at both places but we loved just hanging out at the house, pool, and beach the most. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house for a beach vacation!

New family tradition

My family came here last year for the first time. We fly from California to NY in summer to spend some time with grandparents. We had so much fun last year, we did the 4-drive down to Wildwood creat again this year! We enjoyed every inch of the house from first floor to the fourth, plus community game room and the pool. We spent enough hours out in the sun enjoying the beach, superfine sand and the boardwalk. We ventured out to nearby Cape May Lighthouse. I can totally see a new family tradition starting!

Loved it!

4 stories tall, separate living, sleeping, and playroom, child safety doors for little ones, pool, grill, 1 min walk to beach, only a mile to boardwalk, even closer to grocery.... Viking appliances, plenty of sun, quiet.. what more can u ask for while on vacation??? Nothing!!! Definitely had a blast, both kids and adults.

Great 4-Story Beach House!

This place was perfect for my family. Four floors, great balconies, right on the beach, large living area, plenty of bedrooms. The house has a complimentary sunscreen drawer, so you don't have to worry about getting burned! Not only do you get the privacy of the house you get the easy access to a pool, grill area, gym, among other amenities that made this place the whole package. We enjoyed the local diners as well as the boardwalk of course. The house is complete with everything from spices and dishes to a laundry room. We really got to know the house and different floors and balconies work perfectly to make plenty of hang out areas for kids and adults. I would recommend for anyone who has a large family and wants a fun immersive experience.

Perfect vacation

Before we got there I had questions and Stephanie was great. We ordered groceries and Stephanie picked them up for us and when we arrived they were in out refrigerator. Unbelievable service. The home is beautiful. Plenty of room, privacy and places to entertain. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided. It is clear they have thought of everything- - all we brought were our clothes. Location to the beach and pool was perfect. This rental was the best we have ever had- a beautiful home and amazing hospitality from the owners!

The best beach house ever!

This beach house is a dream and the nicest vacation home we've ever been in. The photos and description do not do it justice. The place is equipped with everything you need, it was well furnished with beautiful furniture, and it was amazingly spotless. The kids were so excited about the house, we almost forgot we had a beautiful beach to explore less than a block away (it was nice being a bit removed from where the boardwalk is - it was less crowded, clean, and we saw so much sea life that we felt like we were at an aquarium). The place also comes with access to a community pool and outdoor grills. I could go on and on, but this wonderful house is a place to come back to year after year. Too bad summers in the northeast are so short!

Formidable!!!

This place is just amazing! I was expecting some place nice but when I saw it, it was more than what was described on the website. My party had three kids, all under the age of ten, and the house was filled with so many activities that kids didn't even wanted to get out of the house! The beach was literally 50 steps or less away from the front door and the pool was right under your nose. The house was very well prepared that you only need to take change of clothes and a toothbrush. The kitchen had more utensils, tools, gadgets and herbs than my own kitchen. I will definitely go back next year!

Beautiful home!

Every detail was taken care of, house is impeccable. It was wonderful to have linens and towels provided, and to have basic cooking supplies be part of the kitchen. It is steps from the beach and has 4 beautiful decks. Great appliances, pool in the community, real resort living!

LUXURY!

My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation while staying at this luxury beach house rental. A four story beach house with all the amenities!!! For someone who grew up going to the jersey shore, vacationing at this beach house was a great way to come back in style and present to my wife and daughter all of the attractions of Wildwood, NJ in a luxury setting. A week rental at this luxury beach house provided everything one could want from the pool, outdoor grilling area, parking, wi-fi, large second floor open kitchen/dining/living room area(perfect for families to congregate and have meals together), in-house elevator (for easy arrival and departure), multiple balconies and rooftop deck. The rooftop/fourth floor deck is a wonderful and relaxing spot to lounge on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee and afternoon/evening sunsets with a cool beverage while having a breathtaking view of the beach. If you are an early riser or seashell beachcomber, this beach home is steps from the beach for a relaxing and quiet morning walk. The setting is far enough from the boardwalk to feel intimate and private but close enough to rent bikes (in walking distance from the beach house) and take a morning ride to the boardwalk and back which I highly recommend. I cannot say enough how genuinely nice Stephanie was greeting my family upon arrival. Thank you Stephanie for greeting us and providing everything we needed from the neatly rolled beach towels in a basket when you enter the first floor of the home to the endless supplies and amenities that made our stay the perfect vacation. I highly recommend this rental and plan to be back next summer.

We know how precious time is and the chance to share a special week with your family that it is enjoyable and memorable is priceless. We are beach people who love the vibe in Wildwood Crest, NJ. It is genuine and relaxed but close to Cape May Restaurants, North Wildwood Nightlife and Wildwood's famous boardwalk.

All you need to do is look out at one of our 9 balconies and you will see the best of both worlds: the beach and ocean are in view and a brief walk away, as is a community with a great pool, jacuzzi, gym room and barbeque.

Aside from it being an architecturally dynamic property, four floors with a sundeck, chef's kitchen and elevator - it is the time and effort that we have put into the property in terms of service. We want this to be a luxurious and carefree week for you and your extended family.
