NYT för 2019, helt nya lövträ golv över hela hemmet. nya madrasser, sängar, kuddar, täcken, färg, även en helt ny hög effektivitet poolvärmare. huset är helt enkelt fantastiskt. Topphylla är ett otroligt populärt hem. Boka tidigt för bästa veckorna. Vi håller inte veckor, vi bokar på första begångsbasis. ÖVER HJÄLPEN HEM är tillgänglig året runt och hyr söndag till lör ENDAST under högsäsong. Detta är Destin semester du har drömt om! Den 5 br 3. 5 ba Top Hylla huset är ett av de trevligaste bostäderna i hela Destin. Kom och njut av alla aspekter av det här nya, vackra hemmet med massor av utomhusutrymme och den finaste privata poolen i Destin. Topphyllan är det enda hemmet i ödet för att ha en 6 "privatlivsvägg runt poolområdet. Detta ger dig fullständig integritet. När du vill komma undan kan Top Shelf faktiskt låta dig göra just det. Topphylla har 2 levnadsnivåer med över 3400 kvadratmeter utrymme. Gott om plats för två eller fler familjer. Den första våningen har ett anmärkningsvärt kök med exotiska graniter och stort vardagsrum komplett med plattskärms-tv och öppen spis .. Matsalen ger dig perfekt utsikt över den privata gården och poolen. Tvätten och ett sovrum med dubbla fulla bunkar och en full rulla säng. På andra våningen finns 2 stora sovrum, båda med king size-sängar och badrum. Befälhavaren över garaget har också en sittgrupp med en sektions- och queen size-bäddsoffa. Det finns också 2 andra sovrum på denna nivå, 1 br har 2 queen size-sängar och den andra har en king size-säng. Huset är professionellt inredda med vackra Tommy Bahama möbler, TV-apparater och DVD-spelare hela. Det finns ett dubbel bil garage tillgängligt för din bekvämlighet. Beautiful Home, Perfect Location, Outstanding Hosts

This was our second time renting with Warren Beach Rentals—last year in Panama City Beach and this year in Destin—and both experiences have been fantastic. “Top Shelf” is a beautiful home! My family of nine had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very communicative, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was exquisite. And the location…wow! Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to all the action. We loved everything about this home and would absolutely stay again. Thanks Mitch, Bruce, and the Warren Beach Rentals team for another amazing experience!

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location, Outstanding Hosts

Good location, nice pool and hot tub. When we arrived, there was hair in the drawers in the MBR and hair and dirt in the bathtub. There was also months of dust accumulated on the fan in the living room and on the lamps. They had to send the cleaning crew back out to clean up. The drinking glasses in the cabinets were dirty and had to be cleaned.

Family Vacation

Property was very spacious. Loved the huge sofa !!! I would suggest an upgrade to the dishwasher. Seemed not to completely clean the dishes. Overall it was a perfect location. We all enjoyed our stay!

Incredible layout. Made for an easy and wonderful stay.

My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean and precise. Warren Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and our property manager Christi was a delight. Easy access to the beach and amazing pool.

Wonderful location

We had plenty of room in a wonderful setting. Close to the beach and a very nice neighborhood. Sent a few messages to the owner and always had a quick response. Highly recommend.

Top Shelf was Top of the Line

Wow!! What an amazing vacation thanks in large part to this beautiful house in Destin. Everything was exactly as described -- customer service was quick and efficient, the pictures portrayed the house exactly as we assumed it would be, the amenities were great, check in and check out was incredibly easy! The walk to the beach took maybe 10 minutes and was a safe walk for the whole family -- never even had to cross traffic since there is an underground tunnel to go through. There was plenty of parking too if you got there before 10:30 AM. It was great having the grill for dinner and assorted beach toys and pool floats were really convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and utensils. The community area was close, just a 10 minute walk and had tennis/pickleball courts which we used often. We will definitely recommend Warren Beach Rentals!

Our favorite vaction ever!!

The house was beautiful!! Loved the huge pool. Location was great not far from the beach and in safe community! Warren beach rentals were great and easy to work with! Will definitely be coming back!!

We loved our stay at Top Shelf

Great location and great hosts! Patrick was very personable and prompt in his responses to us during our stay. The house had ample space for all 12 of us and the pool was a major hit! We rented the golf cart for quicker transportation to the beach for the kids, but the walk is easy to the beach. Nice, quiet community and amenities at Destiny East. Would definitely recommend this house and would rent again if given the chance.

Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you could ever need and wonderful management as well.

Top Shelf is an amazing beach house in the perfect location. We had a wonderful time! The pool was absolutely beautiful! It was very private and peaceful. We sat out by the pool for hours. We also loved the balcony that wrapped around part of the house. We enjoyed sitting out there as a family for dinner. Christy and Patrick with Warren beach rentals were amazing. They did whatever they could to make our vacation great! We cannot wait to come back next year!!

Top Shelf in Destin Fl. Was wonderful and Very Beautiful there, the house and Beach.

Our family of 12 fit very comfortably in the house plenty of space, such a beautiful place inside and out. The pool and hot tube area was very large for sitting outside. They had many pool toys for the 6 kids we had staying there. Large kitchen and dining room. They very quick to answer any questions and concerns we had. The beach was in walking distance and many restaurants near by. We would definitely stay again!!! Loved it.

We had a wonderful week and look forward to our next visit there.

Everything is great at the TOP SHELF house. This Wass our 4th or 5th stay there and we feel like it is a second home for us.The problem we had at the beginning with the refrigerator was quickly remedied and you took care of the problem immediately. Our week there was great!

A nice stay with an awesome pool area.

This house was perfect for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was awesome - plan on spending lots of time there during your stay. Management/owner were very responsive to questions and a few minor issues that cropped up, which were very quickly resolved. Nice quiet neighborhood that seems to work hard to keep things that way.

Nice house and great location! Needs cleaned better!

This house was a great property and great location to the beach. The backyard setup is really nice! However, house majorly needs cleaned DEEPLY. This would prevent us from renting again in the future. You literally could not walk in the house without your shoes. We all started wearing shoes in the house after we noticed the bottoms of our feet were turning black. There was hair in the shower and hair/dust in most of the corners. It was obviously only superficially cleaned. It needs a deep clean more often. The responsiveness from management team is second to none but I would recommend a new cleaning service pronto!
