We own a couple of properties in the Beau View Condominiums using one of them for our 2nd home.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Beau View is a gated community right on the beach. There is a large in-door shopping mall next door (Edgewater Mall) with several restaurants and dining options. There is a Walmart Supercenter about .25 miles away for convenience. An IHOP sits next to the property. Our condo faces West so you get beautiful sunsets and a view of the beach for miles.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The decor of our condo is very nice and fully furnished with everything you need for a long-term stay. We prefer older mature people as there are very nice furnishings. The balcony is 20x40 with plenty of room to enjoy your morning coffee, work from the balcony, or have an afternoon beverage. The community has a very active hospitality committee with events (dinners, Wine-Down Thursdays, and holiday activities). About 2/3 of the 112 units are owner-occupied and/or 2nd homes for a mature but active community eliminating the atmosphere of a "partying hotel/condotel". This is a perfect place for 30-day or more stays for military PCS, Snowbirds, or those just wanting extended stays on the MS gulf coast.
