Cozy cottage with all the updates and a private oasis with pool in the backyard! 30 day minimum rentals for this area of Biloxi. Sit on the front porch swing with views down the street to the beach and water!
This one-level home is set up for easy living, whether you're here for work or an extended stay by the coast. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a layout that gives everyone their own space. The main bedroom has a king-sized Sleep Number bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a desk and chair, ideal if you need a spot to work or study.
The shared bathroom is off the hallway and has a tub/shower combo. The living room has a soft, cozy setup with an electric fireplace and a TV, and the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you'd need. The dining area sits nearby, and a laundry closet/pantry combo keeps essentials tucked out of the way but close at hand.
Out back is where this place really shines. You've got your own in-ground pool, a shaded pergola with chairs, a fire pit with seating, and a gas grill ready to go. Whether it's coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the space is private and relaxed. There are outdoor cameras around the property for extra peace of mind and a private driveway so parking's never a hassle.
This is a family street and a block away there is a nice playground for kid to play before, after or instead of the beach thatâs right across from it. Speaking of playgrounds, there are plenty of casino's nearby for the adults, and putt-putt golf and other attractions nearby for the kids and kids-at-heart!
Each bedroom has their own bath and also have doors that exit out into the backyard oasis! Enjoy cooling off in the pool, laying in the sun, or reclining under the pergola... enjoy dining day or night al fresco, grill out or just enjoy a nice beverage while in front of the fire pit.
