The space
This charming, rustic 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat is set on the ground floor of a characterful 1930s building in the heart of Camberwell, offering a peaceful yet well-connected base for city breaks, work trips, or longer stays.
Step inside to a spacious central hallway that connects all rooms. The cosy living area invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy home cooking. A dining table offers space for shared meals or remote work.
The main bedroom features a plush king-sized bed with hotel-style linens, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a dedicated workspaceâideal for friends, couples, or colleagues. A pull-out mattress can be arranged upon request.
There is one cosy bathroom with a full-size bathtub and a half-bathroom for added convenience, and fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided to make your stay hassle-free.
Professionally cleaned before arrival, the flat combines historic charm with modern comfortâmaking it a welcoming retreat in one of Londonâs most vibrant neighbourhoods.

You will have full access to the flat, so please treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own.

- Late check-out (available if requested in advance): is ÂŁ30 per hour (latest possible checkout time is 1 PM)
- Unauthorised late check-out: ÂŁ50 per hour

- Smoking is strictly prohibited â penalty ÂŁ500
- Parties are not allowed â any signs of gatherings may result in a ÂŁ500 fine
- Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evenings, to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times.
