Welcome to our South Portland dream home â a stylish yet cozy retreat designed by a writer and designer couple who love this city. Whether youâre gathering as a family, exploring Portlandâs food scene, or seeking a quiet, creative escape, this home is designed to inspire and relax.
Inside the home:
4 bedrooms with 1 king, 3 queens and 1 sofa bed (sleeps up to 10)
A stocked kitchen with space to cook and gather
Bright, open living areas curated with mid-century modern and personal touches
Book collections and cozy writing/working spaces to read, journal, or stay productive during your stay
Outdoors:
A fenced yard
An outdoor grill and dining area
Parking for 2 cars
The location:
Five minutes over the bridge to downtown Portlandâs restaurants, breweries, and shops
Bike the Greenbelt Walkway to Bug Light Park.
Close to the Old Port, Casco Bay ferries, and scenic Maine coastal spots, including beaches, Two Lights State Park and Fort Williams Park.

We created this as our dream propertyâa welcoming, design-forward retreat where families, friends, and four-legged companions can feel at home. We also have experience with short term rentalsâas both renters and guestsâand understand how critical the guest experience is.

The open layout makes it easy for everyone to connectâwhether you're cooking, relaxing, or planning your next adventure.
The neighborhood offers a true local feel along with seasonal water views in winter and gorgeous sunsets from the upper deck.
Itâs the kind of place where you can gather as a group, relax into the serenity of coastal Maine, and make memories that last.
