We really enjoyed the location of this property, which is just a short walk from the beach and in a great area. The house itself is very cute and has a lot of character, but it is definitely an older property and could benefit from some updates, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms.We also found the lack of a dishwasher and washer/dryer a little inconvenient, especially since there seems to be space for them. The price is on the higher side for a week, although it is generally in line with other rentals in the area.Overall, we had a nice stay and really appreciated the location and the charm of the house. With some updates and added amenities, this could be an excellent vacation rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The beautiful location offered stunning ocean views, and the spacious deck expanded the outdoor living area perfectly. It was the ideal spot to relax and enjoy meals while taking in the scenery.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was in close proximity to UNE for student move in and the beach was right at the end of the road. It was laid out well and perfect for our family of four and our dogs.

Family Reunion at the beach

The location was perfect. Steps from the beach. We were visiting with family who had a large house nearby so the cottage was great for our needs. We enjoyed the deck.

Perfect beach vacation house!

We are return guests and each year, we just find ourselves wishing we could stay longer! The house is just the right size, clean, lovely ocean view and cool in the shade. Diane has been so accommodating and friendly. Can't wait for next year!

Cute cottage. Great ocean views from a spacious porch. Living room & kitchen roomy enough. Bedrooms & bath are small. Easy walk to a terrific walking and boarding beach. Not crowded. Looking forward to returning.
