Great place to stay!

This is a very nice place to stay. The 2 bdr villa was very clean and comfortable. The view was very nice. There is plenty to do around the resort such as pools, playgrounds, putt putt, arcade games, and daily activities. The resort is in a great location to many Orlando attractions.

Room was fantastic, evening entertainment was great and pool was set at 85 degrees on a cold Orlando night. Lots of video reviews on youtube if you want to check out Cypress more.

Great location and grounds

Spent 8 nights (was supposed to be 9, but flight got cancelled) here. Schedules too much to do and except for my son and his gf, no one else enjoyed the grounds. They did like the pools. The view of the lake was great. We were there for a vball tournament, so proximity to convention center, universal and wdw was important. Easy to get where we needed (with a car).

Great spot!

The resort was comfy, had lots to do, and the property itself is absolutely gorgeous! I love that the staff all wave as you pass through the grounds. Elizabeth and Dina are the best! They both need raises.

Wonderful time!! Annual girls trip!

Everything was perfect! The condo was spacious and clean and had all the amenities right at our fingertips! We enjoyed the pool, and getting some quality relaxation time on our porch. The staff and resort employees were all so very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely rebook for next year!!

Fantastic Stay

We had a fabulous stay at the Marriott. We were originally going to stay at an airbnb but it didn't work out. Wasn't sure what to expect at this property, but it was a lovely little resort. We only stayed one night but hope to return for a few more and make it a little vacation.

Great place to stay

We had a great time during our one-night stay at this VRBO, we all wished we’d have planned differently and had more time here. Our only issue was with the check-in process. We didn’t really know where to go or what to do. It was really confusing once we got there, but they figured it out after a few minutes and all was good.

Great location between Disney and Universal

I’ve stayed on this property before. We stayed for four nights. We also utilize the spa for massages, which I highly recommend. My only concern on this visit was there were several toys in a couple of children’s clothing items that we located in the second bedroom, which made me concerned about how closely the condo had been cleaned. I will still stay here again though.

Convention Center

I was down with a colleague for a tradeshow at the Convention Center in Orlando, This location was literally a 10 minute drive with traffic. The layout of the unit was great for 2 business colleagues. Central to all major attractions and restaurants. I will reserve again for the next convention. Only negative was that this is a timeshare facility and they do try to get you to go to a presentation even if you tell them you are a guest of an owner. That is the only negative.

Our key had to be recharged daily for us to get back inside our villa. We had this happen numerous times over our stay and was most frustrated and couldn’t get an answer as to why it continued happening or no one seemed to care at the front desk to correct this. We are Marriott vacation owners and have been for over 27 years, however we purchased this stay through orbitz which sold it through Vrbo and we had an extremely challenging time with check in bc none of our personal information matched the owners from California and the staff at the property’s front desk was less than helpful and I had to contact multiple people to be allowed to check in to the property that I had prepaid for months in advance

Perfect place but check in was a nightmare

We've stayed at this resort as a family member used to be a Marriott member. It's beautiful and convenient to everything. No complaints other than the check in process. Check in is at 4, because of timing with our flight, we arrived at 330. No big deal, we were starving so we told them we were here and then ate at the restaurant on site. We finished around 415 and still no call that our room was ready. 4:45- still not ready.. we had dinner reservations and were Ubering around so we could only sit there waiting. Finally at 5:15, our room was ready. We had to be to dinner at 6:15 so we rushed to get in, clean up and change, then get to the restaurant barely on time. Just know that we weren't the only ones. There were about 7 or 8 other families that experienced the same situation. I'm not writing this to bash the owner or the property, but moreso to give those who reserve this place a heads up for time sake. Overall, I would definitely stay again, but not make any plans for the evening if arrival.
