Friendly concerns

We could not get the tv in the living room to work. You might consider putting dish cloths and dish towels in the unit. A pizza pan and baking sheet pan might help. Just a few thoughts. Overall it was a very nice condo.

Family Vacation

The stay was as expected although the kitchen was very lacking in pans/dish washer soap/cookie sheet and a kitchen sink plug. It was hard to do dishes when we could not even plug the sink. No scrubber as well. We had to ask for toilet paper twice as they started us with only a half a roll in each of the bathrooms. There was not coffee filters for the coffee pot so that was a bit annoying as well. The unit was as described and the facility was very nice. The store and 2 restaurants with long hours was lovely. There was ample parking and the staff seemed to try to keep everything clean. I wish that they would have changed the ink cartridge in the computer printer available to the customers. I would not hesitate tell my friends about this facility.

Good value

We enjoyed our stay, room was spacious and convenient location. Only negative was kitchen was not well equipped, no spoons, no baking sheet and a few other things but staff took care of it right away. We would definitely stay again.

Great Property!

The location of this property was very convenient. The condo was clean and served our purpose. The couch was really uncomfortable and should be replaced but other than that, it was great. The restaurant on-site was decent and the spa was really nice as well.

Great for a family vacation

I enjoyed this rental. The check-in process was easy and the property managers were good. I did have an issue with the room keys due to the system being down but I feel like there was not much that could have been prevented due to technology. The stay was great and the location was great as well.

Great for two families.

Great place with room for two families to stay comfortably. They had two identical king rooms with whirlpool tubs in each plus a separate two queen room and a pullout couch bed. Tons of room. The pool was great as well as the convenience store and pizza place. Glad we stayed there.

Lots of space and convenient for Disney

Check in was easy, apartment was huge and very comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids going to Disney. Kids loved the pool; it was nice to have a Publix so close. Kitchen would be hard to do real cooking in, but it was great for easy breakfasts and storing snacks. Would definitely recommend this for other groups.

Stay, just okay

Pictures were better than actual condo, but the family time was wonderful. Good location, kids loved the pool, but condo itself wasn’t great.

Everything was great. Nothing more than 20 minutes away from the resort. Many things to do on site. The kids loved the pool and I loved the bar! No complaints. I would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation Resort

My family had a wonderful time at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. The building was very clean, luxurious, and the resort staff was helpful and accommodating. The condo suite is very large and comfortable and the pools are tremendous. My kids especially loved the pool with the Pirate Ship! The location is excellent for getting to Disney and other Orlando attractions. The reservation process was easy and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We are already planning to stay here again when we come back again in a few years. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful condo! We had a fantastic vacation!!!

The best!

We stayed in the 4 bed/4 bath suite and it was amazing! We were traveling with 3 separate families and there was more than enough room for all 8 of us. There were tvs in every room as well as the living room. A jacuzzi tub in each of master suites (there were 2). The hotel itself has amazing amenities and everyone was very friendly. The kids loved loved loved the pool. It was close to the parks and close to shopping and restaurants. I cannot say enough about this wonderful rental. Booking was also a breeze. Thanks, Jas!!

Great find near Disney

We stayed here last weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday weekend. What a great place! The location is within ten minutes of the Disney parks, as well as about ten minutes from Universal. The resort complex is very well maintained. It was very nice having the Tiki Bar at the pool for a cocktail after a long day at the parks. The unit itself was great. It was very nicely equipped and we had everything we needed. The three bedrooms were nice sizes. The only negatives I would mention is that the pillows were a little flat for my liking, and the shower without a door caused the bathroom floor to get a little wet. These were very minor, and I'd absolutely stay here again! For five of us, staying here so much sense to stay here rather than get multiple hotel rooms. It was nice to have the space and the conveniences the resort/unit offered. The owner was also very easy to work with and very responsive to my questions.
