Welcome to The Hub! This super clean condo at Delton Grand is in a quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy your morning coffee on the porch watching as life on our quiet street strolls by.
This unit is perfect for families, girl's trips, and golfers alike. This unit is situated by the indoor pool (open year-round) and hot tub. It is just across the street from the outdoor pool and beach. The kids will have fun with our mini game room!
Upon arrival, you will find convenient parking in our 2-car garage. This unit is located by the indoor pool as well.
This condo is on the second floor, and you will need to climb a flight of stairs once you enter our front door.
Our condo has a large kitchen that is equipped with most anything you'll need to prepare your favorite charcuterie or meal. You will need to bring your own food products, including spices. The kitchen has a bar that is perfect for evening conversation.
While our condo is not waterfront, the neighborhood is, and you will enjoy strolling around watching the boats and wildlife on the lake. You can fish from our piers as well. Our private balcony is a great spot to eat and socialize with a view of our quiet street and neighborhood.
The family room and kitchen are open concept with plenty of seating to watch the big game on our 50" Roku TV with cable so that you don't miss any of the action.

There are no notable exceptions to guest access. A few minor things are an owner's closet and there are some locked doors around the property but none of this is anything that will affect a visitor.
We are usually nearby and available to respond to our guest's needs but we give you the space that you expect when renting a vacation property.
DELTON GRAND GUEST RENTAL RULES
Delton Grand is a premier condo association located on Lake Delton and is comprised of privately owned condos. Delton Grand allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families, long term tenants as well as fellow-guests. Excessive noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal laws may result in Guest/Guests, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by rental Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules:
â Guests. People other than those in Guestâs party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. Only the guests staying in a unit may use the amenities such as the beach, pools, and patios. The person renting this property must be at least 21 years of age.
â Smoking. This is a non-smoking property. Guests are not permitted to smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape, marijuana, etc... in or on the property. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 fine to cover the costs of cleaning, odor abatement, etc... Additional fees may be levied if there is damage such as burn marks, holes, fire damage, or other unforeseeable damage due to violating this smoking clause.
â Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to the size of the condo. Occupancy limits are listed in each of the unit listings and guests are encouraged to look at each unit occupancy limit to ensure the unit can accommodate their party/family. Guests exceeding the capacity limit of the unit will be asked to leave. Refer to rental management rules for possible violation fees.
â Parking. Parking passes will be given for each unit rented. 1 Vehicle allowed for 1-bedroom units. 2 vehicles allowed for 2 or 3 bedroom units. Penthouse units 313 and 314 have assigned underground parking for 4 tandem parking spaces. 100 and 200 unit condos have 2 car garage that maybe available for guest use. No parking permitted for boats, trailers, RVs or any other recreational vehicles on property parking lots. Street parking is available and guests must adhere to local ordinance for street INTERNAL USE parking. Vehicles may be towed if they are not adhering to these rules. Parking passes must be clearly visible inside the vehicle to avoid towing.
â Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS permitted on the property for all guests.
â Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and mindful of other guests staying overnight.
â Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in the pool. No running or diving is allowed. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
â Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere onproperty. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
â Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swimsuits, or anything else over the railings.
â Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities.
â Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
â Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife INTERNAL USE
â Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot (parking garage for 300 building). Do not put large trash in common area trash cans such as the one by the grills.
â Docks. Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep the docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
â Boat Slips. Slips are leased to individual condo owners only. Guests can use the dock for pick-up and drop-off ONLY. NO docking boats to pier and NO boats can be left overnight. Association may fine guests $250 a night for violation of overnight parking.
