Place was super nice and roomy for our family of 10! Close to lots of yummy restaurants and cafe’s. Nice part of the city to stay in. Luis our host was also very nice and communicated with us easily. Recommend this place 100%

Great location to restaurants

Luis was a great host. Check in was easy. We had some question as we first got into the house and Luis was very responsive and helpful. It did take us a bit to figure out there are light switches in the stairways when you enter the building. House was as advertised. Location was great. There were so many great restaurants within walking distance. It was also easy to either walk to other parts of Lisbon or quickly grab an uber due to rain. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location / Great for Families

The apartment is in a great location. East to walk to Time Out Market, the Metro and so many sites. Able to hop on the tram right outside. Having a market so close was a definite plus when traveling with hungry teenagers. Luis was an accommodating and wonderful host!!!

Loved our stay!

We were a group of 9 visiting from the States and staying for a week. The apartment was great! We loved the location and found several fantastic restaurants nearby. The apartment is far enough away from the congestion of the city center but an easy 15 minute walk. Loved our stay, and coordinating with Luis was easy and a joy. Two thumbs up for staying here!

Great location

The location is great with Tram 28 and a grocery store both just steps away. The photos are accurate. It is quite spartan without all of the amenities you may be used to. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for 8.

Generally nice and good location over a mini mart. I would mention that it is on the third floor and there are 52 steps to the front door. Luis was very responsive, helpful & met us for move in.

Excellent property in a fab location very close to everything. Photos don’t do it justice of how lovely it was. Property manager kept in touch and gave recommendations too. Would use again for sure!

Amazing location, great space!

Luis’s apartment was the perfect home base for our 2 families visiting Lisbon for the first time. We were 4 adults and 5 kids ages 4-14 and there was lots of space for all of us right in the heart of the city. Walkable to amazing restaurants and sights, and Luis sent us info on the public parking garage where we were able to safely park our rental cars. Also there is a fantastically convenient market just downstairs. Luis and the housekeeper Silvana were very responsive & helpful throughout our stay!

Spacious Apartment in great location

Great apartment in a great location! We could walk to shopping, restaurants the river front and Commerce Square. It was great for our family of 5… updated kitchen and baths ( it is a third floor walk up which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some) Luis is a fantastic host!

A very nice 8 nights stay at Lisbon

Luís is a great host and quick on answering questions. He offered to bring a few of our luggage up to the 3rd floor apartment. The apartment is clean, tidy and good enough to accommodate our group of 10 adults.

Modern and Spacious apartment

We stayed 3 nights with a party of 10. Check in was easy, the management company was very responsive, and we had no problems. The apartment is a short walk to bolhao market, which is a great place to pick up food and fruit there is a nice cafe on the first floor, and several coffee shops on the block. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the riverfront. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Time in Lisbon!

Luis was a great host - he was friendly, accommodating and incredibly responsive. The apartment was spacious and in a very cool area of the city. There are many charming bars and restaurants just down the street. We would absolutely go back. Thanks again, Luis!

Large, clean, wonderful apartment in super neighbourhood

Two families each with kids (17/13 and 21/19/15). This apartment ticked all of the boxes for space, cleanliness, communicative and kind host, location and having a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine. No complaints from the group. Thank you Luis.

Lisbon City Break

We were a party of 10 finishing off a two week stay in Portugal with a City break. This property is in a great location with many fantastic restaurants on your doorstep and easy access to historical sites. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and easily fitted our large group. Luis was great, very timely responses to information requests! Restaurant recommendations guided us away from tourist traps and led to amazing food! Would definitely recommend that that you follow his advice. We’d definitely stay here again.

Worth the climb!

A large, spacious and clean space that accommodated the 10 of us (four under 4!) for a long weekend while we saw the sights and attended a family wedding. Luis was an attentive host and we were especially grateful for the AC, the washing machine and the supermarket on the ground floor. The location was perfect- centrally located, but also quiet at night. Caveat: the third floor walk up on top of Lisbon's hills makes for quite a work out. Burns those calories though!

Best host and neighborhood

What a wonderful apartment and host. We were 2 families and total of 9 people. This apartment was perfect for us. It is large, bright, comfortable, and within walking distance of the best of Lisbon. Luis, our host, made our stay even more pleasant. He is by far the most pleasant and responsive host I have met. He even carried the majority of our suitcase to the apartment. From the time I booked this unit to the end he responded to my questions and messages immediately. We would love to return to this place and stay a bit longer next we are in Lisbon

Three generations

The nine of us were delighted to have this apartment of five comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms as our home for three nights in this exciting city. We loved the big windows, white shutters and old fashioned balcony. We could hear and see Tram 28 coming along and stopping near our door. The apartment was sparkling clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. There was a grocery store next door. We had everything we needed in this charming apartment and highly recommend it. Thank you Luis for making communication so easy.

Great place in a neighborhood with a wonderful vibe

Brought two other couples in on this stay and they were completely enchanted by this neighborhood. Luis spent time with us at check in telling us about the 3rd floor, totally renovated, walk-up, the area, and how to go about seeing it. Parking is two doors down and you can leave your car right there your whole stay. He even gave us a recommendation to a nearby restaurant, recently reviewed by the Washington Post, where he new the owner well. That meal, in an intimate 10-14 patron space with Joao presiding, was magical. Follow the #28 tram(trolley) down the hill a short walk and around the corner for some unimaginable, regular neighborhood breakfast cafes and pastries. Wish we could’ve stayed a couple weeks or more! Thank you Luis!

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location is outstanding--grocery store on the ground floor, the 28 tram stops right outside, and it is minutes away from lots of restaurants. Plus, only a ten minute walk to both Biaxa-Chiado and Cais do Sobre. But the street is also very quiet at night, which was important for ensuring our kids could sleep well. The apartment itself was great for our group of seven--different bed options in the rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and wonderful dining room and living room for social time. Luis was a fantastic communicator, and worked to allow us to drop off our bags early in the day (on Easter Sunday, no less) so that we didn't have to haul them around until our check-in time. He answered all of our questions quickly before and during our visit. I would absolutely stay here again--it was a wonderful launching pad for exploring Lisbon and relaxing at the beginning and end of our days.

Super appartement pour grand groupe . Après avoir passer l étape des 3 étages on se retrouve dans un appartement conviviale et agréable. Parfait avec l épicerie en dessous. On a aimé le petite quartier.
