-Fully stocked kitchen
-Room (1) - king size bed and a sofa sleeper (Master bedroom) with a private bathroom and massive shower for two and a large closet
-Room (2) - Queen Size bed
-Room (3) - Queen size bed
-Outdoor patio with a patio set and lounging chairs
- BBQ grill
-Laundry room with washer and dryer
-Massive garage with 3 spaces for cars
-Large living room area with plenty of seating and a 65 inch TV
