Nice place to stay

This was a nice place in a great location. There were a few things that need updating on the rules/instructions. The garage door opener did not work and when I emailed the property owner I never received a response. The towels were not put in the bathrooms but we found them in the dryer. Needs to replace pillows and wash all bedding one bed had not been washed. The layout was good and everything else was nice.

Comfortable condo

Master bed is SO comfortable. Condo is well stocked, very clean and nicely appointed. We all agreed it was dark inside during day & night making reading a bit hard for us 60 plus renters. Overall, it’s a terrific place.

Beautiful Location

The entry process was a bit confusing as we had to figure it out on our own. We saw no instructions about leaving the building and entering the garage. Luckily a resident was leaving also and explained you need the white credit card piece to exit into the parking area. Once inside we were impressed with the amount of space and amenities. However, bring your own coffee, although the creamer was there. Found popcorn under the coffee table and wrapped candy in master room, on the floor between chair and footrest so apparently cleaners don't move anything when cleaning. Very comfy beds and living room furniture. Ice maker was broken so bring your own ice. One blow dryer was melted so you will need to ask if it was replaced. We absolutely loved the location. The patio view is toward the mountain. Condos are located right next to the Olympic Park. Won't hesitate to rent again when we return to Park City.

Flight Camp

Very pleased with our comfortable and conveniently located stay. We were there for a Ski Jumping Flight Camp, travel there a few time a year, and always stay in Kimball Junction, mostly at Bear Hollow for it's convenient location to UOP. The condo was very comfortable, fairly well-appointed and very functional. Both the master and second bedrooms had very comfortable beds while the twin room could use a mattress upgrade, or higher quality mattresses for adults. The kitchen had most of what we needed for a 4-night stay though we were disappointed to find the propane tank for the grill empty, not enough batteries nor extras for all of the remotes and the cabinets a bit difficult to open without knobs/pulls. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Just a few things

We didn't realize there was another entrance to the condo other than using the garage so that was a little confusing at first. I tried to call the owner, like it said in the email, and there was no answer from him. I emailed him the night before we checked in for additional instructions, also like it said in the first email, and got no response. Thankfully, there was a resident there that let us into the garage so we could get our bags upstairs. It would have been easier to bypass the elevator and just take the stairs to the left of the garage and go up that way. It was raining when we go there and the sliding door was left open so the carpet was wet. We never could get the sliding door to lock properly. The window in the master bedroom was also left open so the chair and carpet were wet there, also. There were wet towels in the dryer and we weren't sure if they were clean or dirty so we washed them and dried them again, just to be sure. The window on the screen to the bedroom by the front door had been partially removed so we reattached it. Other than those few things, we enjoyed our stay. It was perfectly located by the freeway so we could go to Heber for the day and just a few minutes away from downtown Park City. I think we'd probably pick this place again, if we go back to Park City any time soon.

Perfect condo for our needs

Great location close to mountain and grocery store. A great kitchen with everything you need to cook in plus the gas grill came in handy. We’d highly highly recommend this condo.

Very nice place. We’ve been staying near downtown last 8 years. So much more for the money in Kimball Junction. Only 15 min drive to Deer Valley. Owner was very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic condo!

The condo was great! Perfect size for our family of four, everything well maintained and in great conditions. The kitchen was much bigger compared to any other other three bedroom condo we had stayed at. Very well stocked, and brand new appliances. The condo is on the third floor of the building, but it is conveniently located a few steps from the elevator. There is also a hot tube on the bottom floor of the building, located right in front of the Unit. The club house has a great little gym right across from the building. We only skied Deer Valley, which was an easy 15 min drive. The condo is even closer to the Canyons and Park City! The owner was fantastic at replying to us quickly, and also allowing us to have a late checkout. Overall I will give it a 10! Excellent value, excellent quality!

Awesome place!

We felt spoiled walking into this beautiful place!

The feeling of welcome of this place was a great start of our vacation out West. The coziness of the place made us all feel relaxed. The rooms were comfortable for the 6 of us and we loved having the view of the mountain and used the hot tub right below a couple of times. The kitchen had what we needed. So nice to have the washer and dryer as well. The village is a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed a quick walk to Redstone across the street for dinner out. Thanks much!

Beautiful property, well maintained, helpful owners

Great stay at this lovely condo! Had a few minor issues and owner was very responsive and quickly resolved. Condo has everything you need and the pool, hot tub and fitness center are all very nice and right across the street.
