The views were amazing we witnessed the Sandhills cranes nesting and had wonderful walks and runs. The Bake Shop and Hills restaurants are walkable and top notch quality. Such a great location!

This was one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in on a mountain vacation. The location was fantastic, the hot tub a welcomed treat each day and the views were stunning. I only hope we can visit again one day! It made our Christmas vacation very memorable. Thanks!

Location is fabulous. Condo was comfortable, we have stayed in these condos every time we visit Park City. It is nice to have all the nearby amenities as well as the bike path right outside the door.

Great Place

Had a great stay here! Cozy condo with most anything you need for a long stay. Walking distance to quite a lot of amenities and restaurants, and a short drive to the slopes or Main St.

Awesome stay! Location is perfect for all things Park City. Directly across from the Olympic training center. Very comfortable…hot tub was nice after long day hiking. Great communication with the owner/management!

Very Nice Property, Great Location

We rented for 10 days, it was the perfect condo for our family ski trip. Two nice bedrooms and the day bed in the hall was great for an occasional guest. My wife and I, with two of our adult daughters enjoyed the shops, restaurants of the neighborhood and easy access to the slopes.

Beds were great. Hot tub was so relaxing looking out into the preserve. 3 bathrooms were so convenient. We never heard the neighbors, which was nice. Parking in the garage was great. Location was easy to get to and walk to restaurants. I’d go back for sure.

Family Friendly & Easy Access

We love staying at Newport Townhomes and this one was no exception. 10 minute drive to The Canyons and having all essentials including grocery, restaurants nearby is very convenient. And we love walking the trail along the beautiful Preserve. We had a minor issue upon checking in and the manager was able to help us immediately. We will definitely come back!

Great View and Perfect Location!

The view was so beautiful! There were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area was very safe. It was nice to have a sidewalk to walk/run right outside of the town home wth amazing views. Shirley was very responsive to any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place to others!

Great Location and Condo

We first stayed at this condo in 2017 and when we were making plans to return to Park City this March we were delighted to see that this property was available. It is in a great location to walk to restaurants and stores and in close proximity to Deer Valley where we ski. The condo is very clean, equipped with everything you might need to cook, lots of fresh towels and plenty of room for two couples. The view from the outdoor hot tub is spectacular and we enjoyed it every night of our vacation. Hopefully, we’ll have the opportunity to rent this condo in the future.

very pleased with the condo, the view, all the amenities, the manager. I slept in the large bedroom and had a difficult time with the valley on the left hand side of the bed. Also it would have been helpful to have a guide to using the tv. Otherwise we were very pleased with the unit.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed the location, views and quiet at the condo. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The only down fall was the dishwasher wasn’t working at the time, the property manager did let us know ahead of time, but the last thing I wanted to do on vacation was the dishes! Also, I got a weird rash on my abdomen and back from the hot tub. No bueno. I assume it needs to be drained and cleaned. If it weren’t for these 2 issues I would have given 5 stars.

Dear Kelly, I am sorry that you were not happy with the rental. We are trying to get the dishwasher fixed but it has been slow due to the pandemic. I will talk to the people that clean the hot tub. We have never had complaints of a rash before. I wish you had let me know during your stay. Shirley

View was amazing with the Olympic park and mountains out back. Property was stocked with high quality kitchen appliances and needs. As well as toiletries. Everything you need or could want is within walking distance. After that it was disappointing say the least. There is no central cooling ventilation in the master bedroom. With the temperature being 95+ everyday, it made it impossible for the master bedroom to be at a comfortable temperature to us to sleep or even lounge at anytime in that bedroom during any of our stay….especially with not being able to turn the air below 70 degrees and not one ceiling fan to circulate the air to help. With this aspect, it truly made the stay at this property a poor experience especially with the rating and comments we reviewed before booking. The other issue is only about 5 wash cloths to use, master bedroom sheets were torn and these were put in the bed before our arrival. Expectations were very high for this property and were by far not met.

Hi Candy, I'm so sorry your stay was so horrible. I wish you had contacted me or my property manager to try to address your issues during your stay. We strive to make everyone's stay enjoyable. I really don't understand why you were not able to lower the AC below 70F. I am in the unit now and was able to adjust to a temperature much lower than that. As my unit is South facing to get the great views you describe the unit can get hot particularly when we are having an unseasonably hot summer like this year. I really wish you had contacted me about the sheets and wash cloths during your stay so I could have addressed that issue during your stay. Shirley
