VÄrt radhus ligger i gated Terra Verde Resort Community, bara 10-15 minuter frÄn Walt DisneyWorld. Detta tvÄ vÄningar radhus har 3 sovrum och 2. 5 bad tillsammans med en privat tillbaka uteplats. Enheten Àr fullt möblerad, komplett med sÀngklÀder, handdukar och ett fullt utrustat kök. Wi-Fi, kabel och rikstÀckande samtal ingÄr i din hyra. Enheten renoverades och uppdaterades i juni 2019.

Gemenskapen sjĂ€lv har ett prisbelönt klubbhus, bara en minuters promenad frĂ„n din ytterdörr och har en komplett pool med solstolar, bubbelpool och till och med en Tiki-bar. Även i samhĂ€llet finns vandringsleder, fiske dammar, en lekplats, basket och tennisbanor.

Townhouse lay-out Àr ett kök, tvÀttstuga, ett stort halv badrum, matplats och vardagsrum pÄ bottenvÄningen och 3 sovrum pÄ övervÄningen. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-sÀng och eget badrum; ett andra sovrummet har en full size sÀng och delar en hel hall badrum med det tredje sovrummet som har tvÄ enkelsÀngar.

Det fulla köket har standardutrustning (spis, mikrovÄgsugn, kylskÄp och diskmaskin) och porslin (tallrikar, skÄlar, koppar, muggar etc.). Matsalen rymmer upp till 6 och flyter vidare till det avkopplande vardagsrummet.

En sluten bakgÄrd gör det möjligt för ett privat sÀtt att koppla av. Uteplatsmöbler och grill / grill kan du ta dina mÄltider ute och njuta av det fantastiska vÀdret.

Vi vÀlkomnar husdjur till vÄrt stadsbostad med en Äterbetalningsbar $ 50 avgift (per husdjur), Àgarna Àr ansvariga för att stÀda upp efter sina husdjur bÄde inom och utanför enheten.

Nice place to stay

This is located conveniently close to Disney, about a 20 minute drive. Close to the clubhouse and pool located on the grounds, my son loved the pool!! The owners were easy to get in though with, which is always a plus! Would book here again for future stays 💙

Comfortable & Stylish Townhouse

Stayed in FL for a couple of days with BF and friends and it was the perfect sized property with a great location. Out of the hustle and bustle of Orlando/parks. Nice neighborhood. Townhouse was very comfortable and looked just like the pictures. Back patio was great for the pups. Sarah was a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

My wife, mother in law and myself, plus our dog stayed here for four weeks. The house was ideal for us and the resort is within easy reach of stores, restaurants and parks. Our son and two grandkids joined us for a week and they spent most of the time at the pool which was never all that busy. We always managed to find space poolside. The resort is well maintained with excellent dog walking trails around the ponds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend Rooney Villa for short or long term rental.

Terra Verde Resort was a very clean, well cared for and fun resort; however, this townhouse lacked attention. We could tell there had been some renovations. When we arrived, the place looked clean but once we started moving in, we noticed our white socks were filthy. I vacuumed right away and the canister filled up with dirt and hair. I had to vacuum both levels three times before the canister brought up nothing. Also, the beds were tolerable but not comfy. The extra sofa bed was so stained, I wouldn't sit on it. The pillows were beautiful but stunk badly. We also had ants in the kitchen. The hot tub wasn't working either. We let Sarah know of our problems. She was very willing to work with us. Sarah offered to have the carpet cleaned during our stay but I refused because our last week there would have been walking on wet carpet. Hopefully, the carpet was clean for the next family. She stated she would take care of the ants. Overall, this townhouse had good bones but needed a good cleaning and the furniture needed to be updated along with the hot tub repaired. The resort offered a community pool, tennis court, hot tub, Tikki bar and movie night. It was very close to Disney World and Universal Studios.

Great place

I stayed here with my family and dogs. It was a great place for us to stay for the national volleyball tournament. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Good Price, Overrated

Pros - price for the location and amenities. The community is gated with a pool, clubhouse movie night, and tiki bar with food. The community amenities are much better than the price and are the highlights. Cons - reviews provided make the property seem better than it is. There is evidence that property is not well ventilated (ie. rusting vent grates, some mold) and is at best at 7 out of 10. In home signage instructed thermostat to stay at 73. I understand preventing damage to the AC unit but that made things in the room less comfortable. All that being said the price makes it an average stay but it is certainly not exceptional. There could also be up front communication on deposit process and check out expectations so we could address trash and laundry through the week rather than scrambling at checkout. If I were to return to the area I would likely explore other options first

Perfect Location

What a great place to stay if you are visiting any of the parks! It was a quick, easy drive to everything! The condo is in a great gated community. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There is a beautiful walking path around their pond.

Very nice house. It was clean and spacious the only minor things are the windows need curtains as the sunlight comes in every day and no one wants to wake up at 8am on their vacation and the patio door doesn’t close all the way. The lock for the patio door is a stick of wood.

Happy overall

I wish second room had a queen bed so that it is comfortable for 2 adults. Shower head could be better; it was working fine though. Owner was accommodative about couple hours early check-in and checkout. Overall, had a good experience. Well recommend.

Very accomodating

There was a mix up thru VRBO that didn't appear to be the fault of the property manager. She worked with me when we realized the mix up and accommodated me professionally and in a very timely manner. It was very much appreciated. The space itself was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Thanks!

Very nice!

This was my first time ever staying in a VRBO. I learned a few things and needed assistance a couple times. Sarah was fantastic, very very prompt, and helped me via the app immediately. I would highly recommend using this particular property, or at least the ones that Sarah runs/owns. We couldn't have been happier. Thanks again for all your help, and patience!!

It was a nice revisit to Tera Verde, a nice clean well keep up property. Whenever I am in the area Teerra Verde is my first choice.

Great property

We were in town for AAU Nationals. Everything looked exactly like the photos we were very pleased and enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had were ants in the kitchen but we found bug spray in the laundry room so we used that. The amenities were enjoyable as well the pool, walking trails and the food at the tiki bar was good. I will definitely recommend and plan to use the facility in the near future.

The villa was very cozy and there was more than enough space for my family of 4. When I texted the owners, they responded on time and were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to other families that want to vacay in Orlando.
