everything simply perfect!

The house corresponds to the description. Wonderful white beaches at 2 minutes walking. Perfect position to visit the island. 3 out of the four rooms has a terrace. Rooms are large and with two or three windows each. 3 bathrooms perfectly equipped with shower + external shower. The groud floor with two very comforable spaces outside one for breakfast and one for dinner, both equipped with table for more than 8 persons. BBQ perfect. House equipment with even more things than reported! Theodore and family absolutely descrete but kindly available and careful for every needing. What else......the only pity: to leave the house and the island. A small market can be reached by walking, but car availability is reccomeded for provisions and journey.

Picturesque, authentic villa in Naxos with the best views and vibes!

Our group of six was visiting Naxos to attend our friend's wedding celebration at a hotel down the street. We wanted a beautiful and authentic, but cost-effective way to explore the island. Adam Family Villa was exactly what we were hoping for. The villa accommodated our group of six very comfortably and we enjoyed the Air Conditioning in our rooms on the extra hot days that plagued our July holiday. Our group appreciated the decently sized laundry machine and the ample outdoor sitting space for card games, meals, and enjoying Kastrki's costal landscape. We were able to get ahold of the host by phone via steady wifi connection, as well as by knocking on the apartment door below the villa for a more personal connection as a family member was always on site. Perhaps the most beautiful part of this stay was the beach. We absolutely lived for afternoon swims in the Agean Sea and daily walks to one of the neighboring restaurants and mini-markets for a snack. We also went down to the beach one night for some stargazing and were enchanted by the Milky Way. The villa felt private, despite being surrounded by other hotels, apartments, and villas. Our only recommendation if you plan on staying at Adam Family Villa is to rent a car or secure some form of transportation for our stay. Outside of the beach, one mini-market, and three restaurants, we needed to book taxis to get around the island. Unless you plan on beaching the day away, a car is necessary for island exploration.

Very good house!

Thank you for letting us stay at you place. House is very close to the sea, and has a very nice view on the sun set. Everything is very clean. Communication is very easy with the host We will come back

Great House near the Sea

The Adams Family Villa is a great holiday home. The equipment well served our needs, we also used the grill for a little BBQ. Many taverns, beach bars and also two Mini Markets are in walking distance. The very quiet beach may also be reached within a minute by foot. The host Theodore is a great guy. He was available for our questions even before we arrived at the house and helped us out whenever we had any problems in our time there. He even offered us a lift to the next Mini Market in the first days, when we did not have a car yet. Just fyi, the great quiet location comes with one downside: You pretty much need a vehicle to get around. Getting there by bus works but is a pain. Also the Mini Markets are a bit expensive, compared to the AB Market in the City.

Abbiamo trovato la proprietaria Maria,che ci ha mostrato la casa con attenzione e cura . La casa era molto ben tenuta pulita e ben servita , e molto più vicina al mare di quello che sembra , sentivamo il rumore delle onde dalla camera : una musica !! Le camere tutte molto confortevoli ,i bagni grandi e comodi .bella terrazza con vista mare per mangiare ,ben attrezzata e una grande griglia che ci ha fatto mangiare delle ottimi pesce. Bella vacanza , bella casa ,grazie a Maria e suo fratello Teodoro. La consiglio veramente non ne rimarrete delusi .
