Denna tioåriga skräddarsydda gamla stuga med bjälk och trä har 3 sovrum med fulla sängar. 2 små våningssängar med 2 bäddar i vardera.
4 badrum, (1) fullt på andra våningen (1 1/2) på bottenvåningen och (1) fullt i källaren. Öppen koncept första våningen med fullt utrustat kök. Stort rum med platt-TV och öppen spis. Gå ut i källaren med biljardbord och airhockeybord. Hela huset är trådbundet för musik med volymkontroller i varje rum och enkelt mp3-spelargränssnitt!

Enorm verandadäck med utsikt över den fridfulla floden Saco. Kajakpaddling, bad och fiske från trädgården. Stor eldstad ligger i trädgården. Hängmatta och gott om uteservering ingår. Vandringsled upprätthålls runt 3 tunnland.

Allt som en semesterfirare vill ha allt inom 5 minuter till en timmes bilresa från huset. Eller bara koppla av, njut av fastigheten, däck och den lata Saco-floden

Family River Fun

Beautiful large home right on the Saco river. The house inside and out was loaded with things to do, i.e., tree fort, fishing, swimming, ping pong table, pool table, arcade, fire pit, huge deck , We brought our kayaks and large 12 person rubber raft and had a blast on the river. Also, for a day trip, 40 minutes to StoryLand. We will definitely return.

This rental was one our best so far! The house is fantastic with lots of room for multiple families. Check-in was easy, the kitchen is well equipped and the entire place was very clean! The grounds are also quite impressive. From the firepit to the large deck and down the path to the river, it's a perfect place to play or relax. We will definitely keep this place on our list to stay again...maybe next time in the winter!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The owner & property manager were terrific. The house was very clean and the yard was beautiful. We had plenty of space for the 10 of us.

Our family of 8 stayed here and loved everything about the cabin!!! Well supplied kitchen wonderful fireplace,if we had any complaints it would been beds were a little hard, but that is personal preference. Highly recommend and would definetly come back!

Winter Wonderland

It felt like a cabin straight from a Hallmark movie. It was cozy, comfy and spacious. The fireplace, decor, game room, huge deck and wonderful sledding hill made us feel right at home. The firepit and the swing by the river and the river itself was very relaxing even in the very cold weather. Linda the Host and David the caretaker were both warm and friendly people. Linda reached out to us to make sure we got settled in and all was comfortable. We didn't want to leave!

What a beautiful spot!

We have stayed in many house rentals and this place is at or near the top of the list! As others have said in their reviews, the photos don't do it justice. The architecture and quality workmanship of the house is beautiful. The combination of that along with the size and beauty of the property is what makes it unmatched in our travels. The array of entertainment, inside and out, is fantastic. David, the property manager, stopped by to see if we had any questions and later, when questions came up, was very quick to respond. We highly recommend this property!

Incredible house and location

The post and beam house is INCREDIBLE and decorated to a tee. The location on the Saco was great for fishing and kayaking - and close to North Conway. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away but still have plenty to do.

Great house, amazing for kids and super comfortable!

We vacationed with our 2 and 4 year old kids and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for kids with outdoor swings, sandbox and play room downstairs. We would love to come back!!

Very nice place with amenities for all ages.

Amazing place, very well maintained, they thought of everything when they built this place. Plenty of space, things to do and tons of nice would work and decor to look at. You would have a tough time finding a better property to rent for you and your family.

Beautiful Property - Rustic meets Modern

This property is a gem of a place to stay. Linda and her caretaker provided a seamless check-in process and tons of helpful suggestions for activities. The property is immaculate and has all the modern amenities one could need. All this in a rustic log cabin type setting with an incredible layout with many common areas for group activities and other areas offering solitude and privacy. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their visit. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great House

House was Fantastic inside and out! Only downfall was the terrible weather and river flooding bringing massive amounts of flies and mosquitoes which kept us inside most the trip. If not for the fantastic house on the inside we would have abandoned the whole trip.

Exceptional

The house and property are absolutely gorgeous. We loved the swings around fire pit. The river was high due to the recent rain however Linda was very helpful with suggesting a lake nearby that was beautiful and relaxing. There are also many hiking trails close as well. We had an amazing family vacation.

Linda is such a welcoming host. The home is exquisite and far nicer than the pictures in VRBO. All the amenities and the location is amazing. Thankful Thanksgiving

As always, we had a wonderful time at the Cabin! It is beautiful, we had snow which just made it all the more cozy. The house is like being in the home you always dreamed of. This trip was with myself, my kids, my sisters and their kids and we all had such a great family Thanksgiving, playing games, cooking, just wonderful. We built this home away from home to get away from our busy lives in CT and enjoy all of what 'Vacationland' has to offer. Relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Maine. This house and property has truly been our labor of love. We are happy to share it with you!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We picked the sleepy town of Brownfield Maine to build our 3,000 square foot cottage because of the easy access to everything we might like to do including: the arts (music, local artists, craftsmen etc) including Stone Mountain arts Center. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating. Less then 1 hour to old Orchard Beach, or Freeport. Shopping and great restaurants of all types. Nearly (20) Ski resorts within an hour drive. Snowmobile and snowshoe trail access directly across the street.

Just about everything you would want to do from minutes to max 1 hour away.

We fell in love with the beautiful park like setting, to build our home. The ever changing Saco river is mesmerizing. We have the only peninsula on the river which we go to often and sit on our swing. It feels like a golden pond. Being so close to the river allows us to witness nature in all her beauty. To see turkeys, eagles, ducks, and deer. Are all part of the beauty of this place. A small piece of heaven.
