Absolutely perfect stay at Villa Oceania! 10/10! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Exuma! The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach right there and Tim’s within easy walking distance which was a quick option if you don’t want to go too far. The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out, with everyone having their own bathroom, which was a huge plus for our group.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, crockpot, storage containers, glasses for every type of drink, and even several YETI cups in different sizes. There was a separate ice maker and a stand alone water cooler for drinking water. You truly don’t need to bring a thing!The beach amenities were just as impressive, with kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, floats, a speaker, a cooler, ice packs, and so much more. Everything you could want for a perfect beach vacation was provided, and it made our stay that much more enjoyable.Prince was amazing! He was very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Villa Oceania was the perfect home base for enjoying Exuma, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone.

This was one of our favorite family holidays. The house was everything you ask for and more, minutes from the airport and sitting directly on the beach (which almost felt like your own private beach). You didn’t need to want for anything - it was stocked with floaties (we left 12 new ones behind too), umbrellas, chairs, spike ball and more. The owners were so lovely. They helped with any questions and Prince (Property Manager)…well, I can’t tell you how magnificent he was. He helped us with any and all reservations and questions and was available for anything we were needing. Lastly, I have to call out D’Andra and her sister - they brought groceries to us twice and didn’t miss an item. This is a dream vacation for friends and families. We will be back!!!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Oceania! Brittany and Kenny were outstanding hosts who made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. They were warm, attentive, and accommodating the entire stay.The villa is beautiful—spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. One thing that really impressed us was how well-prepared the property was. When there was a power outage, the generator kicked on immediately, so there was virtually no interruption to our stay. It was reassuring to know everything was so well thought out. Also 10/10 for the three coffee makers! Prince, the house manager, was exceptional. He was quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed assistance and always went above and beyond to help. His attentiveness and professionalism made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.The location is another huge highlight. There’s an amazing beach a walk away from the villa, making it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water and beautiful white sand whenever we wanted. We also loved being so close to Tim’s restaurant , which was another great spot to visit during our stay their food and service was excellent! Our experience exceeded every expectation. Between the stunning villa, the incredible hospitality from Brittany and Kenny, Prince’s outstanding support, and the perfect location, Villa Oceania is a true gem in the Bahamas. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We have booked a large number of vacation homes through the years. Upwards of 20 to 25 I would guess. This house is head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to how the house is equipped. The kitchen has two of anything you could possibly need to prepare all your meals at the home if you choose. The home also has multiple beach chairs and all the beach toys you could possibly need including kayaks and paddle boards. Aside from these things the house is absolutely beautiful and on a virtually private white sand beach with the signature blue waters of Exuma. The beds were all very comfortable. The home is also conveniently located near the airport and halfway between Georgetown and Emerald Bay. We loved Villa Oceania and plan to come back again!

This property had just about everything. We enjoyed the living area, the well stocked kitchen, and the dual washer/dryer. The pool was great and received shade in the afternoon, nice after a Long Beach day. The location was great.

Villa Oceania was the perfect getaway for my family. The property is minutes from the airport but we never heard, or saw, a plane over our 5 days. The Villa is central to the island easy access to sites. The house was spacious, very clean, and well stocked. The back was heavenly with many places to relax by the pool, or take a kayak or paddle board. They even had wave boards and beach toys.Each time we came back to the property it took our breath away. We didn't want to leaveHighly recommended!!

Our family of 5 stayed over the last 6 days at this beautiful home. The description is on point as this home has everything needed for a beach vacation. The house is fully stocked including all beach accessories that you may need. The owners are easily reached for any questions you may have. I highly recommend this home if you are looking to vacation in beautiful Exuma.

Family Trip

Villa Oceania was a fantastic place to stay for our family trip. We enjoyed the amenities of the house and enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks on the beach. I would highly recommend this house for your next trip to the beautiful Exumas!

Peaceful, beautiful escape

The house is clean, perfectly situated right next to the ocean, and the management is fantastic. My family and I will be back for our 4 time there in the near future.
