Modernt hus i cape-stil som ligger i North Conway, NH-området. 3 sovrum med 3 fulla bad. Takfönster i övervåningen sovrum, stort däck med grill, välkomnande öppen planlösning, bra för att underhålla familj och vänner. Helt applicerad, kabel-tv, WiFi, sängkläder och handdukar.

Privat, sandig Saco River-strand som ligger bara en kort promenad på vägen, perfekt för slangar, paddling, kajakpaddling och simning. Det finns också en bäverdamm i närheten.

Echo Lake State Park, en kort bilresa ner till West Side Road, är en annan bekväm pittoresk familjesimning och picknickområde.

Bakgård utsikt över Mt. Stanton, med sina vandringsleder som ligger steg från vår bakdörr.

Attitash Mountain och dess sommaraktiviteter ligger mindre än en mil bort.

Cirka tio minuter norr om North Conways shopping, fina restauranger och underhållning. Storyland ligger också bara några minuter bort.

Sovrummet på första våningen har en queen size-säng. Det finns ett komplett badrum med badkar och dusch på varje (3) våning. På övervåningen har ett sovrum en queen size-säng och en bekväm lässtol som vetter mot Mount Stanton. Det andra sovrummet på övervåningen är idealiskt inrättat för föräldrar med små barn. Den har en queen size-säng, två enkelsängar och massor av sängböcker för sängen. Badrummet ligger mellan de två sovrummen. Det finns takfönster i varje sovrum.

Den färdiga lägre nivån lägger till ytterligare en dimension till bostadsområdet för familjesammanträden. Det stora rummet har eget pentry, matplats och badkar. Det finns en stor TV och även en rullande säng. Det finns en gångväg till den gräsbevuxna trädgården.

Det stora däcket med sin kolgrill är ett utmärkt ställe att njuta av solskenet på eftermiddagen, eller att slå tillbaka och koppla av i slutet av en rolig dag!

Huset har höghastighetsinternet (WiFi) och utökade kabel-tv-tjänster för din njutning.

Nice place to stay. Only disadvantage is having to take trash. Dump station was not convenient timing so had to take four days of trash home with us. Also had to launder towels used.

Perfect stay. House is exactly as described. We were a family of 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. House is stocked with everything you need and then some. Have no doubt this will be our go to in the future. Donna was wonderful to work with.

Good stay. Some odd parts

Overall positives: comfortable bed, nice selection of cookware, after troubleshooting devices (luckily we are familiar with mini split quirks) temperatures were easily set to our preferences. Great location. Minus one star because: upstairs bedrooms only has sheer half curtains so became bright enough we were up at 530 with the sun, some of the check out requests were easily missed and/or odd. While they've posted you are responsible for your trash, they could be more clear as that means putting it in your car and driving it home or finding a dumpster because you can't bring it to their dump (you need to check out before the dump opens). Asking guests to restock paper goods and cleaning supplies, turn the water valve off on the washing machine, strip the beds and put all the sheets in the bathrooms (on the paperwork in the house) and in the washer (on the listing) is confusing and feels like a lot. Washing the towels if you use more than 4 in a house with bed for 10 is off base for me. So it was a nice stay, but you leave on an unpleasant note.

Great home for families!

My family and I stayed for 8 days and seven nights at this location and it was perfect for us! We traveled with three adults (71, 38, and 37) and two kids (3 and 6), and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and more, including a blender, crock-pot, coffee maker, spices, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towels. There are plenty of towels and linens. The house had puzzles galore in the living room. If you are traveling with young kids, just something to note is that there are no plastic dishes or cups and you might want to bring some toys or coloring from home. Also, the doors are all relatively easy to unlock, so you'll want to keep an eye on the kids so they can't wander! Also, if you are going to the Saco River beach, definitely bring bug spray... We learned that the hard way! The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly via text anytime I reached out. This house is a gem and would highly recommend!

Fantastic getaway

My family and I enjoyed this wonderful house near the Saco. Beautiful hiking trails walking distance from the property, private river access down the road and close enough to everything modern but far enough away to feel like the middle of nowhere! Truly exceptional!

Great house, great location

This was a perfect base. The upstairs rooms are really lovely and comfortable. The place is a short drive away from great places to visit and dine, had all that we needed to be comfortable for a few days, just make sure to bring your own shampoos and such.

Saco river trip

It was a good set up for the 7 of us. 3 bathrooms were a plus. We went on the saco river tubing and went to zebs and also some shopping at the winery and outlets. The house was a good size for us and we were very comfortable. There was an issue with the refrigerator not closing properly. We had a great time. Thank you.

The house was clean and easy to find. The grounds were well kept. The private beach was the best part of our trip! The hiking path was a plus as well. The property owner was very accommodating and made the check-in/check-out process very smooth. Overall, our family would book this house again!

Great house.

We had a great time in this home, the weather was bad but we made the best of it. The house had everything we needed, lots of space, games for the children. Good location, nice neighborhood. Donna is super nice and attentive. We would definitely recommend this house.
