We had a wonderful time! The house is so comfortable, clean and spacious. Attractions so close. I would recommend this property, we will definitely be back ! The communication with the owners was immediate, even though we had no issues. 5 ladies - plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, privacy and anything you really need for an effortless stay on vacation! Cozy place to stay with more-than-enough space for hanging out and beds for sleeping. Host communication set us up for a wonderful summer visit to an area we love to explore.

This house was perfect for my family. The location was near all our favorite places and the river beach was beautiful. The house has all the things we needed and the beds were comfortable.

We had such a great stay at Donna’s house! It’s a convenient location for all of the North Conway adventures while being tucked away in a quiet location. The house was the perfect size for my family of 3 and had rooms to spare. Great kitchen with everything we needed and laundry on site was a great perk!

What a great vacation!! The home was beautiful, well kept and clean. The host was responsive to any and all questions. Plenty of room for multiple families if needed. With three floors, 3 baths, 3 bedrooms, open floor plan, well stocked kitchen, this home was a great decision to rent! And the lower level, amazing, it had it's own kitchenette and walkout to the nice sized yard! More than enough parking. The walk to private beach was about 5-7 minutes. Plenty of sand to sit, deeper areas of the river where you could swim, made it even better. The property is close to everything. We will be back!! We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay with the family!

Nice roomy home in quiet neighborhood with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Access to the Saco river via a short walk was really fun. Great location with many activities within a short drive. Had a wonderful time!

Wonderful family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for our needs. We enjoy a week away every summer with cousins, to unwind, catch up and enjoy local activities and this home was perfect for all of those.

Wonderful place for relaxation and sightseeing

Great house, great location

This was a perfect base. The upstairs rooms are really lovely and comfortable. The place is a short drive away from great places to visit and dine, had all that we needed to be comfortable for a few days, just make sure to bring your own shampoos and such.

Great place to stay

The host was fantastic and responsive for any questions we had. The house was adorable yet functional with plenty of room for our family. We also loved the private beach which was a short walk/drive away from the house. We hope to visit again in the future. Thanks so much!

Perfect stay. House is exactly as described. We were a family of 8 adults. Plenty of room for everyone. House is stocked with everything you need and then some. Have no doubt this will be our go to in the future. Donna was wonderful to work with.
