A valid photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driverâs license) matching the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in.
Luggage Storage
Guests who arrive early or need storage after checkout can leave luggage free of charge at the main office at 168 Granby Place (up to 12 hours). Additional time will incur a âŹ10 daily fee.
Booking Extensions;
Guests may request to extend their stay, subject to availability and rate adjustments. Extensions must be confirmed in writing.
House Rules;
âą Cleanliness & Damage:
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Any damages must be reported immediately. Charges may apply if extra cleaning or repairs are required.
âą No Smoking:
This is a strictly non-smoking property. A penalty of âŹ200 applies for violations.
âą No Parties or Events:
Unauthorized gatherings will result in a âŹ200 fine, potential eviction, and booking cancellation without refund.
âą Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing. If approved, a âŹ500 refundable deposit and a âŹ200 cleaning fee will apply.
âą Lost Keys:
A fee of âŹ200 will be charged for replacement of lost or stolen keys.
âą Garbage Disposal:
Guests must separate and dispose of waste correctly using the appropriate bins or purple refuse bags, as instructed within the unit.
âą Energy Usage:
All utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to turn off appliances and lights when not in use.
