• Check-In Time: From 16:00
Early check-in may be available for an additional fee and can be guaranteed by booking the night before.
• Check-Out Time: By 10:30 AM
Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability and possible charges.
• Identification Required:
A valid photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s license) matching the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in.
Luggage Storage
Guests who arrive early or need storage after checkout can leave luggage free of charge at the main office at 168 Granby Place (up to 12 hours). Additional time will incur a €10 daily fee.
Booking Extensions;
Guests may request to extend their stay, subject to availability and rate adjustments. Extensions must be confirmed in writing.
House Rules;
• Cleanliness & Damage:
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness. Any damages must be reported immediately. Charges may apply if extra cleaning or repairs are required.
• No Smoking:
This is a strictly non-smoking property. A penalty of €200 applies for violations.
• No Parties or Events:
Unauthorized gatherings will result in a €200 fine, potential eviction, and booking cancellation without refund.
• Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee will apply.
• Lost Keys:
A fee of €200 will be charged for replacement of lost or stolen keys.
• Garbage Disposal:
Guests must separate and dispose of waste correctly using the appropriate bins or purple refuse bags, as instructed within the unit.
• Energy Usage:
All utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to turn off appliances and lights when not in use.
Maintenance, Complaints, and Access
• Maintenance Issues:
Should any issue arise, report it promptly. Repairs are prioritized based on urgency.
• Complaints:
Must be submitted in writing. In cases where a resolution is not feasible, guests may be offered partial refunds or alternative accommodations.
• Utility Interruptions:
Temporary disruptions to water or electricity due to external circumstances do not entitle guests to rate reductions unless proven to result from provider negligence.
• Damage Liability:
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay, including stained bedding, broken appliances, or structural damage. Costs may include lost rental income if the unit becomes unavailable.
• Staff Entry:
Maintenance or housekeeping personnel may access the unit when needed, following standard courtesy procedures (knock/ring). In emergencies or suspected illegal activity, access may be granted without prior notice.
