Charles Street is in a safe, family-friendly, low-crime rate, residential neighborhood of Upper Montclair. Many families live in the area, and it’s very peaceful, safe and welcoming.

This listing is on the second floor of a two-story house. Each room has a TV in addition to the living room. The building is secure, with an exterior camera, and you’ll have private access to your space. You won’t be sharing your apartment with anyone else, only the exterior areas.

The apartment offers lots of sleeping space if needed, with 2 sofas in the living room, and an additional foldable bed stored in the master bedroom’s closet for your convenience. The closet also contains an iron, ironing board, and other necessary items for your convenience.

A washer and dryer are available for your use inside your unit.

There is one free parking space on the premise for the unit, located in the back of the house. Your parking space will be the middle of the 3 spaces available in the back. Street parking is also available, but please be mindful of alternate side parking regulations for street cleaning to avoid any tickets. 1st floor unit has the parking space immediately when you enter the back space.

Unit Location:
Your apartment is located on the second floor. You’ll find the number “2” clearly marked on the main door to your unit.

Gate Access:
Despite being fenced, there is no gate enclosing the property.

Washer and dryer access:
A washer and dryer is available for your use in your unit.

Parking:
There is one free parking in the back of the house reserved for your unit. It is the middle of the 3 parking spaces available. Please do not use the first space as that is solely reserved for the first floor unit.
