Att säga att det här 1950-talets hus är att sporta en ny färgfärg skulle vara en underdrift. Det har varit en komplett remodel som innehåller funktionella föremål som el- och rörmokare samt många kosmetiska förändringar som ny golv, diskbänkar, marmordusch och ny belysning. Helt nya möbler kom med på resan, inklusive egna bord i vardagsrummet och egna sängar (drottning i ett rum, två tvillingar i en annan). Huset ligger på en vacker 5 hektar stor egendom, perfekt för avkoppling.

Quiet and comfortable

A cozy place to rest your head after a long day of shopping in Round Top. Not too far from all the action & a beautiful drive through country roads with lots of wild flowers.

Peaceful Getaway

This property was beautiful! Surrounded by pastures and big beautiful trees. Gorgeous scenery especially if you like sitting out on the patio and taking in the view. Inside was completely remodeled, very clean and well kept. The hostess thought of everything for your stay from a large assortment of coffees to travel size shampoo, conditioners and soap. When interacting with the hostess she was very accommodating and quick to respond. We had a wonderful experience and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

Convenient to Round Top. There were 3 women who stayed in the location. Host even provided us a bottle of wine, fresh eggs, waters and snacks.

Overnight stay to see family

It is an older property, as we knew, that is very clean and cozy. The hostess left wine, water, snacks, and fresh eggs, all very hospitable, the plus to the house. We slept very well. The water pressure in the bathroom is weak. There is no dishwasher.

Lovely and Relaxing

Enjoyed the very quiet neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised to find Juice and Eggs in refrigerator. This was so helpful to us as we were so exhausted from a busy day. Snacks and wine were such a kind touch from the host. The house was very clean and comfortable for us and met our needs.

Great home with a peaceful surrounding.

Stayed overnight while visiting Round Top. Close proximity, super cute home. Hose left snacks and options for mimosas in the morning. Very clean home and great communication.

Relaxing retreat!

After a fun-filled day of treasure hunting with friends, this little quaint cottage was a perfect place to relax. Angie was very responsive. The house was very clean and just as described with sweet touches.

Perfect Round Top stay

We were a group of girlfriends attending the big antique show. This house was absolutely perfect! Ms. Angie was so kind, helpful and was quick to respond to messages. The house was extremely clean and the wine, fresh eggs, bananas and snacks were an extra surprise we were so grateful for. The outdoor area was perfect to hang out after a long day of antique hunting. We absolutely loved our stay and earmarked it for our next antique hunting trip. Thank you, Ms. Angie!!

Slice of heaven!

This sweet property is a little slice of heaven. The home has everything you need for a quick get away. Perfect for RoundTop and a gorgeous morning sunrise! Angie went above and beyond with delicious fruit, snacks, water bottles, coffee and bubbly for a morning mimosa. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Peaceful house in the country

This rental was so dreamy! It’s a little house in the country and the drive to it is beautiful, there’s little rolling hills and we were there in march so there was flowers blooming. It’s a spacious little house and the property and surrounding area is so peaceful. The owner is so thoughtful she supplied snacks, coffee, fresh fruit, fresh eggs, wine, water, and orange juice and champagne for mimosas! We were so relaxed being there I just wanna go back just to enjoy the area again!

Lovely as advertised

The property description was spot on -- this is off the traditional Brenham beaten path and exactly what we were looking for to unplug and unwind a couple days. Our stay, which included our dog, was brief but quite enjoyable. We've stayed in various rentals within the USA and abroad and this might be the most pleasant and surprising welcome. Check in was easy and exactly as stated. Kitchen was unexpectedly well stocked with water, juice, snacks, and a couple other surprises. House is cozy but easily spacious enough for our needs. Yard boasts 5 acres and our dog enjoyed the freedom. We rarely saw traffic up and down the road but note: if your dog wanders or bolts you'll need to be careful as the property is a bit more lateral than deep. Our dog was just fine.

Wonderful stay for Round Top Winter Show!

House was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Angie was easy to work with and thought of everything! We especially enjoyed the eggs and snacks. We had a great weekend shopping at Round Top which is a quick 20 minute drive and it was so nice to come back to a quiet comfy place away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely be back.

Great Place and Great Host

The house is updated and clean, and is a wonderful place to spend time. The location is peaceful and provides the opportunity to enjoy being out in the country. But Angie really stood apart because she stocked the house with cooking supplies, games, food, and drinks that allowed us to really enjoy our time at the house. She provided more than a typical rental and it made our stay really enjoyable.

Country Quiet

The house was a short 20 minutes drive to Round Top which was a plus. The tranquil country setting is a refreshing change from most accommodations during ‘antique week’. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs for breakfast & champagne & OJ for mimosas! Would definitely stay again.

Round Top Weekend

It was the perfect place to stay for a Round Top Weekend. We only stayed one night but would have love to spent 2 nights. Loved the eggs, orange juice, water bottles and snacks. Our golden retriever loved seeing the nearby cows and exploring the nature around the house.
