This little cottage was the perfect accommodations for our trip for antiques week and to attend the fall Junk Gypsy Prom! This place had all the essentials needed, from shampoo and body wash in each bathroom to the kitchen stocked for eating in or bringing food back. The decor is so cute and fitting. Too cold for the pool but loved dipping out legs into hot tub. The place is great. Plus had fans in the bedroom for us that need that air or noise! Not far from Round Top easy route to and from. Definitely a place to stay and return if in area. Great communication.

My mom and I came into Roundtop to experience it for the first time and to visit Marburger and check off a bucket list adventure together! We checked into this absolutely precious place after a long day! From the moment you enter the property and pull up, it absolutely has a perfect Texas vibe and ranch/farm life. It is a little slice of peace and heaven! The property is decorated so cute and has everything you will need! There were basically 2 masters on each side with a living room and kitchen in the middle for my mom and I to each set out our suitcases and each sleep in our own space after a very long day. There is a coffee maker already with coffee and cream in case you forgot to pack it! The bathrooms are large and clean and also decorated so cute, and there are lofts over each bedroom for more guests if you needed! When you step out onto the deck there is a fire pit, and you overlook the farm! You hear the cows and animals quietly calling, it was amazing! Highly recommend this experience!

Cozy stay

This is our 2nd time to stay at the Ranch Motel. The house is small but comfortable. Location is great, not fall from Round Top Square. We were just there overnight, so we didn't get to explore, but the property is beautiful! The owners have always been very responsive. Definitely will stay there again.

Cutest little house!

We stayed at the Ranch Motel during the Round Top winter show and it was COLD. But this house was warm and cozy and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the little place, it’s decorated so cute! There’s a lot of comfort packed into the place too. The owners are very nice and stopped by our first night to visit a few minutes and make sure everything was good, super nice couple! The Double K Ranch is beautiful and secure, we felt very safe and enjoyed the peaceful setting.
