Denna stadsbostad med tre sovrum, två och ett halvt badrum är en två kvarts promenad till Snowflake Lift och har tillgång till skidorna via Four O’Clock Ski Run. Winterpoint Townhomes är bekvämt beläget bara två kvarter till historiska Main Street på Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle-rutt, som ger tillgång till alla skidliftar, Downtown Breckenridge och Breckenridge Transfer Station (med GRATIS pendelservice till hela Summit County).

Denna berginspirerade inredning, 1 392 kvadratmeter, stad med flera nivåer har en öppen design och har ett vardagsrum fokuserat runt den dekorativa eldstaden med sten, stor platt-TV med DVD och har gott om sittplatser på de plyscha, bekväma sofforna. Strax utanför vardagsrummet ligger uteplatsen för sommaren sol och avkoppling.

Full service, vackert dekorerat kök och matplats är precis ovanför vardagsrummet. Det charmiga matbordet har sittplatser för åtta personer med köksredskap och glas. Kakelbänken, kök i träskåp har alla nödvändiga apparater; diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, spis, ugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare och kylskåp. Om du behöver en snabb grab-n-go-måltid kan du ta magen till den pittoreska sittplatsen med plats för två. Hursomhelst kommer du att njuta av en hemlagad måltid i din egen stadsbostad.

Det stora sovrummet har en logg fyra affisch inhysning som har en King bed; det finns också en plattskärms-TV som lyfter ut ur sängbotten, ett privat däck och ett privat badrum. Det andra sovrummet är också utrustat med vackra stockmöbler och har en drottningssäng med bekväma, plyschiga sängkläder. Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar, trämöbler och en platt-TV. Det finns ytterligare sovplatser som tillhandahålls av de två drottningens bäddsoffrar, vilket gör att enheten kan rymma upp till tio personer.

Close to lift location

The condo was in a very convenient location...walkable to town and the snowflake lift. The condo had many amenities and space four our family of six. We did feel that the beds/pillow/bedding needs an upgrade. They seem to be old and not as comfortable. Otherwise, I would recommend the condo and the ski country resort service!

It was fine

The place was fine. I saw the reviews that stated the need for updates, but I was just not prepared for how it would FEEL to stay there. We are simple people, not fancy. But the dingy feeling of a thirty year old bedspread is just nasty. The eucalyptus swags in every room were very 1993, and while I have nothing against 1993, it was just uncomfortable. The bed was extremely soft. The windows did not all have screens, so we couldn't leave them open, which meant sleeping was uncomfortable because it was really warm. It was fine, but we won't stay there again. fine,

Average Condo

This condo was on the more expensive side of the dates I was looking at. Given that and the extremely limited hours we were able to be in the unit, 4pm-10am (and the cleaning crew actually came early so we rushed out closer to 9:30am) I probably wouldn't stay again. Had a decent amount of space, but was fairly outdated. The rug in the living room was a hazard strewn about and not laying flat, there was no privacy from any of the bedrooms or the hot tub. Overall, was pretty unimpressed compared to other places I have stayed. Location is good if that's a priority to you.

Location of this property is unbeatable! We walked to Main Street every day. If you don’t want to walk, the bus stop is right out front and the trail head for Sawmill Resevoir is incredibly close. The only time we used our car was when we left Breckenridge for the day. The private hot tub was a nice bonus and the heated pool was great for the kids. We also found the keyless entry to be very nice.The condo needs a little TLC. The hot water heater wasn’t working the first day and half that we were there. A few of the windows were VERY hard to open and one did not have a screen - this was significant to me for safety reasons and because there is no AC so fresh air in August is a must. Some common utensils like measuring cups and utensils were missing from the kitchen and the quantity of many dishes was dwindling (not what was pictured inside every cubbard door). You couldn’t use the dinner plates provided if you wanted to use the dishwasher because they didn’t fit. Other things like the handle to the microwave was about to fall off, several baseboard and door frame pieces were barely hanging on and towel racks were not connected to the wall. None of this got in our way of enjoying our time but definitely showed the age and wear-and-tear on the property.

Mountain time

This unit was adequate but needs deep cleaning. The carpet was stained. Nice to have a hot tub and access to the pool but not enough towels. When we arrived it was very warm in the bedroom with the hot sun shining through and had difficulty opening the window. Need to provide fans to cool off the rooms. The location was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was pretty good, however there were a few issues. Though the house sleeps 10 people, there were only 6 bath towels stocked in the bathrooms, the private hot tub jets did not work, and it was frustrating to have to make a separate trip to the downtown rental office for the pool key instead of it just being at the house for us to use. The house was very clean, just dated and a bit worn down. Location was great.
