Park Meadows Lodge är det billigaste men bekvämt boendealternativet i Breckenridge. Ski-in på Four O'Clock Ski Run och gå 1 kvarter till Breckenridge "Free Ride" Shuttle Stop för en kort resa till basen av topparna 7 och 8. En enkel tre kvarts promenad till Historic Main Street innebär att du är några minuter från centrum för allt Breckenridge har att erbjuda.

Denna studiovåning på första våningen har nya mattor och plattor i hela och en 22 ”platt-TV med kabel / DVD. Det nyligen uppdaterade badrummet erbjuder en standup-dusch och gratis hårtork medan enheten i sig ger ett ��verflöd av lagringsutrymme i form av gott om hyllor och en liten armoire. Efter en givande dag på berget kan du njuta av en lugn natts vila på drottningens övre säng. Det finns också ytterligare sovutrymme på den NYA (vintern 2013-14) minneskum, drottning bäddsoffa.

Det fullt laddade pentryet är lämpligt utrustat med allt nödvändigt; matlagnings- och matredskap, kylskåp, liten spis, mikrovågsugn, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Sätt dig fast vid bordet i tre och njut av en måltid tillagad direkt från din enhet.

Everything was ready when we arrived. It was clean and close to downtown Breckenridge. They communicated very well with me before and during my stay which was awesome. Highly recommended!

Great location right by town and gondola. Can ski in basically. Small place can fit 4 comfortably. Hot tub and lobby were a big plus!

Mid Week Getaway

We were super happy with our stay. The room was perfect for myself and my significant other. Main street is about a 10 minute walk from where we stayed which was convenient since we did not have a car. Overall, the place was very affordable and perfect for two people!

Nestled in trees, short walk to Snowflake Lift, short walk to town . Spacious rustic common areas with indoor firepit, compliments the Studio apartment. We will stay again! Thank you!

Quiet, cozy and close to everything!

You can walk anywhere from here. I wish the parking situation was more spacious, but understand why its so limited in the area. The Office staff was very friendly and helpful when we called to inquire about parking. The other tenants in the shared space were also very kind and it made the stay even better.

Exactly what I needed for a last minute ski weekend

Great location! I parked the car and didn't move it again until it was time to leave. The unit was clean but dated, just as pictured. If you mainly need a place to sleep while enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, then this may be the place for you. I would stay again, especially if they replace the carpet.

Good price and location

We chose this cozy property for a last minute overnight ski trip during spring break. The upside is its location is super convenient to the free shuttle to town and to the slopes. Nice fireplace and game room for the kiddos. Fine for a quick trip...beats driving I70 after a fun day on the mountain! The drawbacks are these: no electrical outlet in bathroom, thin walls (luckily our neighbors weren't crazy noisy), coffee maker, but, no coffee. We had three people and it was a tight fit with all our stuff, but, overall it was pretty much what we expected.

Just what we needed

The condo was very convenient to the South Gondola parking structure where we met the shuttle to Quandary Peak - our first 14er! The room was comfortable. It was obvious that it’s focused on winter skiers because there was no air conditioning for our unseasonably warm days. The hot tub was a great bonus after our long climb, and the close proximity to town made it convenient to walk to restaurants and brewpubs.

Our room/building was close to everything. The kitchenette had everything except the food! The beds and pillows and sofa bed were comfortable and we had no issues. Not as small as people make it out to be. It was a room with max occupancy for 4 and it fit my family of 4 quite nicely.

Perfect for what we needed!

Easy walk to main st. Clean hot tub area to relaxCute rec area to play pool or sit by the fire.Easy check in and check out.Only thing I didn't care for was the knives in the 3rd drawer which could be accessed by a child. So I put the tray on the fridge while there. I feel like a big cutting board or something could be put over the sink for extra counter space and more than 2 bath towels for a room for 4.Overall, will definitely stay again when/if we come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little condo is perfect if you need a place to stay close to Main Street in Breckenridge. Wifi was good and free parking as well. There is a small kitchen and a bed and a couch. The only issue is that the walls are super thin so you hear everything the people above and on either side of you are doing/saying. So if you are looking for privacy that might be an issue. But otherwise, it is a really good option in Breckenridge.

Not Worth It

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were holes in the walls, tiles were broken and cracked on the floor and the shower drain was soo slow that our showers had to be cut extremely short. They did send someone to fix the drain. The beds were horrible and uncomfortable.

Thin walls at a great location.

Despite the great location and room I won’t be booking again because the walls are paper thin. I could hear people in the next room talking at a normal volume and the people above us. They supplied ear plugs but it wasn’t enough. Plus that makes having a romantic night uncomfortable.

Breckenridge was fantastic. The property is well located, clean and well managed. The only down side is that you can hear people walking and talking in units above and around yours.

Great Location for quick trip

The little condo was exactly what we expected for a quick trip. The bed is comfortable and the half kitchen is nice if you want to make breakfast in the morning. Also, the management company was a great help and eager to answer any questions we had! The one down side is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything from people in the next condo over to guests walking around above. But if you are exhausted from a long day of skiing like us, then you should not have a problem.

small but convenient

This place was perfect for me and friend who came up to ski. It was quick walk to town, easy to catch the FreeRide bus, and right off of the four o'clock ski run into town. The short walk to the hot tub behind the building was also a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The check in process was also super easy and great. It would be nice if some of the information provided via email about the place was provided inside of the condo as well- ie updated info sheet with wifi, number for the park meadows shuttle bus, and just some more clear info on some details. I often had to tag between my phone emails to find what I needed. The main bed I'm pretty sure is full bed not a queen but was still comfortable and did its job. Overall it was a good place to stay for two people for the weekend.

Great location, walking distance to town. Easy shuttle. Hot tub! Laid-back. Ski off to the door step if there's enough snow in the parking lot. Otherwise a very short walk.
