Great location for our activities

Great location checkin was simple while a small space we did not feel crowded. Kitchen was perfect for our needs.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo’s setting is a dream with the creek running through the trees and the ideal proximity to Main Street. The property is well kept and comfortable. We travel each year to Colorado for the 14ers and have found Breckenridge to be an amazing place to stay. This condo will be our top choice for next year’s adventure!

Was a good stay, close to downtown and the reservoir trail. The shower is perhaps a bit small. Excellent choice for single traveler.

Anniversary

We had the best time! Weather couldn’t have been more perfect for snowboarding and skiing and the snowflake lift to get up the mountain was so close! The only negative is only because I’m a bigger guy and the room, bathroom and shower were a bit on the small side. For reference I’m 6’2 and 200 lbs.

Perfect location on quiet street. Two minute walk to Snowflake lift. Comfortable studio unit with all the amenities as described. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends.

Ideal Location

Firstly, thanks to the owner, Jim, for being so outstanding. We had delayed flights and did not arrive until midnight. With all the confusion, I had no idea of the door code or where to find the parking pass, and he was very helpful and gracious. The condo was immaculate and just steps from the lift. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. :) It was close to the lifts, close to town......very happy customer.

A gem in the mountains Perfect location

This rental nailed it for location to the mountains and downtown. The owners were extremely nice and very responsive when we reached out with questions. I highly recommend staying here. After a day of skiing, the trail brings you right to the back of the condo, we enjoyed the jacuzzi. One afternoon we walked up to The Spa at Breckenridge and relaxed getting massages and facials. We will definitely stay here again.

Practically Perfect

I travel to Breckenridge every year to ski with my grandchildren. They all stay at a big house and I always stay by myself where I have a little space when I need it. This unit is perfect. It’s clean. It’s quiet and the location is fantastic for skiing and ski out. The house are very responsive and it just checks every box that I need it’s not luxurious but it’s well beyond adequate. The only complaint I have is the shower is a bit tight but a good opportunity for me to lose a few pounds.

Our new go-to place to stay in Breck

This was the PERFECT place for 2 people. It gave a very cozy ski cabin vibe with everything you need. We drove to Breck from Denver and parking was not an issue, i was nervous because i did see someone comment that the lot was sort of hilly but as someone who’s had zero experience driving in the snow it was perfectly fine. The location is definitely the biggest selling point, being less than 5 minute walk to Snowflake lift and ending the day knowing we can just ski in to the back of the building made our ski trip that much more comfortable. Also all restaurants/shops on the main road were only a 10-15 minute walk from the studio. The host was very easy to reach and responded within minutes and was super accommodating to early check in and also allowing us to park in the lot even after check out so we can get some last minute skiing in before we left Breck. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Breck!

Father / Son Ski Trip

Everything was as presented. Our host - Suzanne and Jim were so accommodating and communicative. Everything was great - super convenient location, to the lift - to town and shops/restaurants - and the ski in at the end of the day was a breeze. 10/10

No complaints!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! We lucked out with the weather for our ski trip and were able to ski right to the back of our unit which was amazing. The unit was clean and cozy, check in was a breeze, and the hosts were communicative. We slept on the Murphy bed which was surprisingly super comfy! We were blown away with our stay and will definitely be back again.

Cute cozy getaway

This is perfect for a couple! Very clean and comfortable. We walked to dinner and hiking trail very close to condo. Front door is on the river!

We live in Minnesota and we spend as much time as we can in Colorado. Long term we hope to trip the balance the other way and live in Colorado and visit Minnesota.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

When we bought this condo in the spring of 2015 it hadn't had much done to it since the early 70's when it was built. We saw lots of potential which also meant a lot of work!

We have a larger condo in the same complex that we also use and rent. As our kids have grown we find a lot of the time it's just us and Penny Pug. It's quite cozy and bright so makes for a nice place for just us.

Ski to the back door, walk up the street to the Snowflake lift. 2 blocks to town.
