PARKING:
Ample on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles. Guests may use the driveway, garage, or gravel spaces next to the pine tree. Please do not park on the grass.

GATHERINGS:
We know you’re here to have a great time, but out of respect for the property owner and neighbors, this home has a strict no-party policy. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 25 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 25 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We’re happy to offer early check-in or late check-out whenever possible. Just let us know the day before, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Please note, additional fees may apply depending on your requested timing.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, outdoor amenities, and private pond area. The cabin, kayaks, pool, soccer field, and playset are all exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.

The house is conveniently located just an 8-minute drive from the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, a venue that hosts a wide range of events throughout the year. In less than 5 minutes, you can reach Fort Wayne’s top shopping, dining, and entertainment spots — from everyday essentials at Meijer (Diebold Rd) and Aldi (Dupont Rd) to coffee breaks at Starbucks or the local favorite Mocha Lounge. For quick bites, you’ll find options like Chick-fil-A, Culver’s, Bagger Dave’s, Arby’s, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, and Panda Express.
