Small but well equipped and free street parking outside. Despite small hallways had no issues with noise during our Sunday and Monday overnight stays.

The apartment is very clean and in a safe neighborhood half a block from a bus stop. It was quiet for sleeping while I was there, three week nights. While there are heavy curtains, some light seeps over the top, and around the door from the hallway, so if you're sensitive to light when sleeping you may want something to cover your eyes. For me, there was no comfortable place to sit and read: there are stools with no backs and the couch is low, deep and has poor back support (though there were pillows you could use for that and maybe others would find it to be fine). I didn't watch TV, but it's directly opposite the bed so you'd have to use the bed or pull up a stool. Yanko was quick to respond to messages.

Exactly what I needed. Quiet, tidy, and very convenient. Close to Wrigley and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Easy access to the Brown Line and a bus stop made getting around simple. Great price and location, I'd definitely book again.

Check in was easy with the code and keys in the box, although the sidewalk was a mess due to construction. Difficult to get in -- would've liked a heads up. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy. Nice towels. Appreciated the coffee pot and creamer, thank you. TV was a good size and I accessed local stations easily. Pretty quiet in the room, too.The water was kinda weird -- kitchen had only a tiny, thin stream of water coming out, and the bathroom leaned hot in all directions. All in all, it was decent. Thank you.

Cozy space with all you could need! We were here for a concert so did not spend a lot of time in the space. The bathroom is quite old and cramped, but it does the job. Great location close to Wrigleyville but on a quieter street. Checking in and out was very easy and straightfoward with clear instructions!

This apartment worked perfectly for our weekend in Chicago for Cardinals/Cubs games. We parked the car on the street outside and didnt move it for 3 days - we walked everywhere in the very safe neighborhood - about 20 minute walk to Wrigley, 10 minutes to EL station to go downtown and short walks to neighborhood bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and check-in and out was very easy - highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Chicago near Wrigley.
