Very clean property, great location in Rapid City in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor space and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The hot tub was excellent to use after a long day of hiking in the parks! The kitchen was stocked well enough, the beds were comfy and our daughter loved playing the piano! Having access to a washer and dryer would be beneficial and having a grill on the back patio would be a huge asset! Lisa answered all of our questions promptly and was a great host! Would definitely stay again if in the area!

If you are looking for a central place to see all the great sites of the Black Hills and the Badlands this is it! Situated close to downtown you have short drive access to all the wonders of the area. The home has all the amenities you need and more with a great deck overlooking the area and a hot tub and outdoor fire pit to enjoy the beauty of the night. The rooms are comfortable and you have a great kitchen ad family area to rest and relax. The stay was great and the owners couldn't do enough to make sure that we were taken care of.

Host was amazing in helping us navigate the check in process. Key code entry is on the door - not above the door to the right as we mistakenly thought. It is a spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom with plenty of room. Kitchen was roomy and we were able to cook all of our meals there. Photos accurately depict the space. Hot tub and outdoor space are shared with guests on the lower level who we found to be enjoyable. Great place to stay.

The layout of the space, comfort of the beds, location, and communication with the owners were all great. There was an appliance glitch when we first arrived, but the owners worked to make it right quickly. Some additional TLC of the property could go a long way to make this a 5 star property.
