The condo was clean upon arrival. The AC unit in the bedroom is essential and worked well. The pool was in excellent shape. Kathy is easy to work with and very responsive.

Condo was clean, comfortable and classy! Had everything we needed, including plenty of waste baskets, tissues and mirrors; those things that I always want lots of.5 minute walk to the beach, many nice restaurants close by.

The property is amazingly situated next to the beach and the Hyatt property and central to the island. Easy trips to Waimea canyon and to Princeville.The condo is beautiful. Clean, well stocked, and superbly comfortable. The patio is comfortable ALL day, always shaded. The breeze flows through the condo perfectly. We couldn’t ask for a better stay. Quiet, well maintained property grounds.

We just spent 9 fabulous nights in Kauai. This condo is in a great location and has everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It was so clean and well stock and most importantly had one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in. The air conditioning is in the bedroom but there are fans in every room and they even had a floor fan that helped cool everything nicely. There was usually a nice ocean breeze and we didn't even need the air conditioner every night. We had two of our flights going home canceled and Kathy was so accommodating and willing to help us every step of the way so we could at least have a place to stay while we figured things out with the airlines. She really helped make a vary stressful situation manageable. We appreciate that so much. We would highly recommend this condo and especially Kathy as a host. If we ever get a chance to visit again we would definitely stay here. Jeff H

Amazing property!

Fantastic location next to Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach. Quiet complex with very clean grounds and pool. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

This place is awesome close to the beach and multiple activities, AC in the bedroom was helpful but not needed every day during our trip, the pool is nice and refreshing. The amenities of this place are plentiful from the coffee maker to a spare cooler to use for cold drinks at the beach. I really only wanna give this place two stars because I don’t want it to be rented when I try to go back, but that wouldn’t be fair to Kathy and Bob! Five stars for sure

This condo is the perfect location for a getaway to Kauai in the Poipu area. Walkable to two beaches and fabulous restaurants at the Hyatt next door. It was exceptionally clean and provided every amenity one needs and more. Beach chairs, umbrella coolers, etc. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great until we went to check in and didn't have a code sent to use to open the keypad. However the management was great and gave us his code.After unloading our luggage the electricity in the entire complex went out for a couple of hours. So we went to Happy Hour and by the time we got back to our condo all was great!I will definitely look into renting this unit again next time were in Kauai. It's a great location!!

Location and Amenities was great. Our host was wonderful leading up to the trip. Everything was ready when we got there. A/C in bedroom was a lifesaver. Fans just do not quite cut it. Would stay here again!

Excellent location — an easy walk to several beaches. Spacious living space and bedroom. Loved the lanai — a great spot to watch the sun rise and relax after a day of exploring. Greatly appreciated the AC in the bedroom. Host was very responsive and directed us towards a local concierge who helped us book several activities during our stay.

Poipu Paradise

Great location to watch both the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. The facility is perfect for two people and is convenient and close to lots of amenities.

Wonderful place!! Must stay!

Perfect place to stay! Lots of room and very very well stocked. My now husband and I stayed there for 8 nights and got married just down the beach at shipwrecks beach. It was perfect! Perfect place to walk to the cliff and watch the sunrise. We really hope to come back one day!

Home away from home

Went to Waikiki for a wedding then decided to come to Kauai for the first time. The condo was a perfect place to use as a home base to see all the sights and to relax. I loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt so there were many scenic walking areas.

40th Anniversary Delight

We loved staying in this updated unit that had everything we wanted! The beach was just steps away and we could walk to our anniversary dinner at Tidepools at the Grand Hyatt. Great location to get to many fun activities on the island.

Honey in Kauai

It was wonderful and just like being home and a vacation. We just loved it so beautiful. We have told some other people about it. Don’t wanna go to Kawai too.
