* 3 Bedrooms: The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, flatscreen HD TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and large closet. The third bedroom contains two twin beds with plush bedding.
* 1 Bathroom: Sleek & modern, with a shower/bathtub combo, fresh towels, and basic toiletries.
* Living Area: Cozy couch & arm chair with a huge flatscreen HD TV and stunning pastureland views.
* Kitchen: Fully stocked with brand-new luxury appliances for seamless meal prep.

Please approach driveway from the rear of the property using the road that runs behind the property. Guests can enter at the side door entrance using the keycode that will be provided prior to arrival. To confirm the reservation, Guest must return a signed copy of the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation. The agreement will be sent to Guest upon booking. Please also see the Property Rules section in the listing.

This property is located along a beautiful, hilly road. It is close to a local winery and several downtown squares. Easy access to Fort Worth or Eagle Mountain Lake.

Beautifully and thoughtfully renovated! Fully stocked kitchen with luxury appliances, laundry (washer and dryer) onsite, outdoor seating, two brand-new, huge flatscreen HDTVs, and three comfy bedrooms.
