Fire up the grill for a delightful barbecue or challenge friends to a fun game of foosball. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the front porch, creating the ideal backdrop for your evenings. Your villa has one (1) bedroom: 1-Queen.! For those traveling with family or friends, there are additional rental homes on the same street, making it easy to stay close together.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The minimum age for guests is 21. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (there is a $250 fine). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please be aware that events and parties are not permitted at this property.
