Nyligen ombyggt, fullt möblerat pensionat i Napa. Sällsynt och bra möjlighet för månatliga vistelser i vinlandet. Bara en 5 minuters bilresa till centrum. Utsikt över öppen mark och mogna ekar ger en landlig miljö nära staden. Ligger på en tunnland nära en park. Stort fristående huvudhus ligger i närheten men erbjuder fortfarande avskildhet för gästerna. Ägare är lätt tillgängliga via telefon, e-post eller text och hjälper gärna med på något sätt. Enheten erbjuder fullt utrustat separat kök med plats för 4. Nyligen ombyggt badrum har massor av förvaring. Staplad tvättmaskin och torktumlare som finns inomhus. Drottning säng och drottning bäddsoffa förutsatt. Området runt fastigheten har besökt djurliv. Vandring, mountainbike, frisbeegolfbana och säsongsbetonad bågskytte ligger alla nära fastigheten. Huset ligger 3 mil sydost från centrum av Napa. Uber och Lyft är populärt och tillgängligt vid behov. Napa vintåg och Oxbow Market ligger 3 miles bort. Enheten är bra för par, solo-äventyrare och affärsresenärer. Små familjer är välkomna. Parkering för husbilar finns att hyra med pensionat mot en extra daglig kostnad. (Det finns inga anslutningar). Ny värme- och luftkonditioneringsenhet nyligen installerad. Det finns en liten trädgård med uteservering och grill.

Wonderful Place To Stay!

This was our second visit to this property. Wonderful amenities and great location in relation to downtown Napa and the Napa Valley wineries. We will not hesitate in booking this property again when returning to Napa.

Great Place to Stay Near Downtown Napa!

Our stay here was great for so many reasons! The view from the patio was beautiful, the cottage was so comfortable and clean, and it was a great location. Very quiet and serene. The hosts were amazing, very thoughtful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Napa!

Quaint place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay. Very quiet with daily visits from Turkeys and Deer. Super peaceful in the country away from all of the hustle and bustle.

Perfect cottage for our Napa visit

The guest cottage is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The spa like bathroom is fantastic and the bed is super comfortable. It's close to downtown Napa, but in a quiet and secluded area. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing looking for a getaway to Napa.

Perfect location and Extremely Comfortable Stay

My wife and I came to Napa for a music festival for the weekend and visited the beautiful area of Napa. This was a perfect location and the cottage was extremely clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we felt very safe and welcomed in this lovely place. Waking up to the serene field in the back on the lovely porch and seeing the sunrise was magical too! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay

We were visiting Napa for a culinary camp at the CIA in Napa. This was the perfect location. The home was so clean and homey; we felt right at home. The owners were super responsive and helpful. The property was beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

Birthday celebration

Our stay here could not have been better! The cottage was absolutely perfect. It was supplied with everything anyone could want, and more. The shower was absolutely luxurious and having the washer and dryer was a big plus for us. We will definitely be staying here on future Napa trips.

Amazing

Our trip and stay at this place was amazing. The location is incredible and very peaceful. The house backs up to a park and we watched the sunset every morning. The house is beautiful and so well decorated and had everything we needed. We hope to be back.

Great Cottage for work or play

I came into town to work and wanted a different place to stay than a hotel. This cottage was perfect. It has been recently renovated with beautiful views from Skyline Wilderness Park that surround it. The owners are a great easy to talk to and made the stay that much better. I'll be back for sure.

Amazing Stay

Easy checkin process. Super comfortable place. Has everything you need. Very clean. The bathroom is amazing. Comfy bed, AC/Heat work well. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer and all necessities for it. The place couldn't have been better for our needs. Very convenient location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Napa weekend getaway

The cottage is so lovely. Everything you would need is there available for your use. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the furnishings were beautiful. The bathroom was beautiful and had plenty of clean towels and washcloths. The cottage was cozy and we kept nice and warm on the cold evenings. There is a washer and dryer, however we never used it. Downtown Napa is less than 2 miles away. We will definitely stay here again!
