We are only 40 minutes away from SJU Airport.

This custom-built property features a house on a main level with 2 big rooms that accommodate 8 persons, one full bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen. Fully A/C.

Huge rooftop terrace with spectacular day and night views of the mountains. A country escape with an authentic and special space to share with family and friends. Enjoy an ample dining area, an exterior bar with a freezer and counter, and amenities to share a special meal, occasion, or just a place to hang out while enjoying the beautiful garden area and pool. 2 half bathrooms in the pool area to comfort those in a hurry, and an exterior shower.

For an extra fee, groups of 9 or 10 guests will have access to the container studio and bathroom. If you have a smaller group but still want to add this space to your reservation- just add 9 guests to your reservation.

Our property offers a great space to hold celebrations like birthdays and special occasions.
TO HOLD AN EVENT IN OUR PROPERTY:
- A minimum 2 night stay is required. Up to 10 guests
- A contract will be sent by email for evaluation and signage
- The event permit is for one day within your stay and between 10AM and 10PM.
- Owners reverse the right to accept or decline the event.
