Welcome to Someday Stays, a beautifully restored 1910 home reimagined with modern design and luxe finishes. Located just five minutes from downtown Indianapolis, our four-bedroom, three-bath retreat blends comfort, flexibility, and style — perfect for families, business travelers, or weekend getaways.



Spaces to Relax & Entertain
Unwind on the rooftop deck with sweeping skyline views, enjoy a spa-inspired bath, or stream your favorites in the cinema-style media lounge. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and flows seamlessly into the bright dining area and living room. Step outside to a fenced backyard, or retreat upstairs to spacious bedrooms designed for comfort.

House Character & Notes
Our home was originally built in 1910 and, while fully updated, still carries historic charm. Floors may creak, and plumbing can be more sensitive than in new builds. The unfinished basement contains the home’s utility systems and is not guest-accessible. In the rare event of a power outage or sump pump alarm, please contact us right away.



Pet-Friendly
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (100 lbs max each). Pet towels and bowls are provided. We kindly ask that pets stay off furniture and be crated if left alone.

Photography throughout the home includes original works by your host, Jason. If you fall in love with a piece (or other dĂ©cor!), let us know — many items are available for purchase.

We’re Jason and Kris, longtime travelers who know how important it is to feel at home wherever you go. Over the years, we’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals and took note of the little details that make a stay special—whether it’s fresh linens, a cozy living space, or a host who truly cares. When we’re not hosting, we enjoy photography, design, and exploring new places together. Being able to welcome guests into our home is meaningful to us because it lets us share not just a space, but an experience. Our goal is simple: to create a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay that feels like your home away from home.

We chose this neighborhood because it captures the best of Indianapolis: history, charm, and convenience. Just east of downtown, it’s a historic district with homes dating back to the 1800s. Strolling the streets, you’ll see beautifully restored Victorian houses sitting alongside sleek modern new-builds, giving the area a unique character you won’t find anywhere else. We love the balance here—you’re only minutes from downtown restaurants, nightlife, sports venues, and cultural attractions, but the neighborhood itself feels peaceful and full of charm. It’s the perfect blend of past and present, and we knew right away it was a place we wanted to share with others.
