Welcome to the Cottage at High Cross Farms, a charming retreat nestled in the picturesque countryside of Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. The Cottage at High Cross Farms is just a short drive from local attractions, including beautiful hiking trails and charming shops. Whether you're looking for a romantic escape or a family adventure, this cottage is the perfect home base.

Step into this delightful four-bedroom cottage that offers stunning mountain views and a serene ambiance, perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway. The rustic decor throughout the home adds a warm and inviting touch, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, along with all the necessary dishes and utensils for your culinary adventures. The spacious dining area is perfect for family meals, while the cozy living room provides a comfortable space to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the television. The cozy cottage sits on the same property as the owner's home, giving you both privacy and the added comfort of a welcoming host nearby.
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you after you book) â then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, a check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

2. This property is NOT pet-friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately, and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for the immediate removal of the guests from the home.
3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.
4. If there is snow here in the Winter, we try to maintain the road with a plow, but you will need a 4-wheel drive in the Winter if there is snow.
5. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night, and we will provide you with a swift response.
6. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay!

I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there AirBNBs and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
