Guests have full access of the home except the garage will not be able to be used by guests. Pool is 100% private and fenced.
Other things to note
Pool heat may be purchased for $75 per day and pool will be heated to 85°. Minimum of 4 days notice to heat pool. AC cannot be cooled below 69 degrees.
