Inspirationen till denna svit kommer från det bakre landet i Australien. Namnet kommer från den berömda låten "Waltzing Matilda". Alla konstverk i denna svit är original. Det återvunna träet som pryder eldstaden, kåpan och 2: a sovrummet räddades från det hem som revs för att bygga denna vackra byggnad. Baren har en ren kopparbänk!

BYU football game

Had a great time at this place with 5-6 people. Plenty of beds and two bathrooms make it an ideal suite for our group. A few flights of stairs but keyless entry to the building and suite was very comforting!

Fantastic Provo landing place!

This unit was so great for our quick Provo trip: comfortable beds, super clean, and exactly as pictured. We’ll probably stay here again, if it’s available!

Super clean, comfortable, everything we needed, organized and they accommodated an extra day with minimal notice. REC center across the street - amazing! LOVED our stay, slept well and will most certainly be back. I hesitate to say, “tell your friends” only so we have a chance to book it again when we return! We will never go back to a residential hotel when we’re in the area - this place was D R E A M Y and “felt” great.

Perfect location, adorable condo

Very clean, well decorated, and perfect for the 5 of us. Twice during the week we went to the Provo Rec Center just across the street for some play time. Also 5 min from BYU. Just a few negatives - but nothing to make me not want to come back. It really was great, just want to make others aware of these things... 1) its on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Tricky with young kids and suitcases. 2) They say no parties, but there was a large get-together on the first floor, which made it a little awkward for me doing my laundry down there, haha :) 3) No paper towels provided, but they're strict about you not using their towels to clean up messes, and will charge you for staining their towels. So remember to bring your own!

Great VRBO

Great VRBO. Clean, beautiful, lots of comfy beds, kitchen full of everything needed to prepare and serve meals, convenient location. Manager is available and helpful. My only complaint is the pillows on the beds were very flat. We went to Walmart to buy new pillows for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful, well located property.

The management brought by a Harry and david gift basket in recognition of our being returning guests. Super nice of them. You can tell that the staff strives to keep this place beautiful. Ideal for our needs for an extended stay.

Hi! My name is Sarah, and I'm the host for Aspenwood Manor! I've been hosting since we opened in 2008, and I LOVE it! My interests are first, hospitality (of course!) and gardening, beading and gourmet cooking. I love to decorate (as seen by the decor in our suites) and I'm also an event filmmaker for fun. I've lived in Utah for 15 years (wow!). I came here to go to Brigham Young University, but I ended up staying when I met my soulmate and we bought a house and started a family. I love meeting our guests from all over the world!

Housekeeping is simple and comes only once per week to change your linens. Suites are self-check-in.

COMFORT
Beds are dressed with crisp clean sheets, plenty of feather pillows, and luxurious comforters. In our remodeled suites, we use state of the art mini split heat pumps instead of the typical noisy hotel air units. These keep the suites a perfect temperature for you! Our condos have dedicated HVAC systems with NEST thermostats.

CONVENIENCE
Kitchens are fully equipped with stoves, ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, small appliances and stocked with all of the utensils and pans you'll need to create homemade meals. In addition, we have a self-check-in procedure that is sure to win points with tired travelers!

SAVINGS
We offer the best rates in the area for our suites, and our suites are bigger and less expensive than the Marriotts! Also, most hotels don't have kitchens, which means you end up spending plenty on eating out. For a whole family, the cost of eating in restaurants can be overwhelming! At Aspenwood, you save time and money by utilizing the fully-equipped kitchen to prepare food. These suites offer all the comforts of home! We also have weekly rates and even lower monthly rates.

You're not a nameless guest staying in a huge hotel with countless rooms. Your comfort and satisfaction is extremely important to us! When you call, you'll reach the same team of managers every time!
