We have stayed at the Marisa Cottage and will continue to do so every time we are in Lodi. We have used VRBO rentals dozens of times with great results. Most hosts have been excellent, but Geri has gone well beyond excellent. She has been the best host by far. We can't recommend this property enough.

The vineyard and the pool were the highlights of the property. It was cool to see the grapes on the vines. We had been driving for 4 or 5 hours and we were hot so a dip in the pool was refreshing. A great place to stay when visiting Lodi.

We love staying in the Marisa Cottage. It’s close to the wineries and restaurants we like. There is nothing better than coffee at the patio table in the morning or wine by the pool in the afternoon. We have stayed here many times and plan to stay many more.

We had a great time (6-people, 2Adults & 4 kids) The House had everything we needed, lots of space, comforting, loaded amenities. The property was beautiful, we had fun creating memories-taking funny pictures while throwing leaves in the air (Fall Season). Would def stay here again.

Very private and excellent location!

Surrounded by a vineyard, this little spot felt very private and perfect for a relaxing stay. Despite some superficial updating that the property could use, it was wonderful and I’d definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at the vineyard

We had a few days and got to this beautiful, well maintained, property. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. It is a few miles out of town so it’s very peaceful. We loved our stay here.

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope we can visit again. Coffe and breakfast on the east porch, swimming directly from the master bedroom, comfortable furniture. We felt at home.

GREAT LITTLE PLACE!

Great little cottage with a nice little pool! We Enjoyed the place very much, having our coffee among the vineyards was a treat! We would stay here again. minor details like a water faucet in the main Bathroom was not working properly and the shower was a bit dusty but overall was Great!!

Our favorite place

I think this is our fourth time staying at this house in the vineyard, which tells you how much we love it! We always have so much fun and enjoy the pool. The weather is great and the house has all the necessary amenities. We can't wait to come back!!

Perfect location in the Lodi wine country.

We loved staying there and wished we would of booked a few more days. Quiet, clean, private and very comfortable. We had fry over for a swim and bbq and it was great. Geri was fabulous to work with and our stay there could not have been more enjoyable.

The Felten Family owns and manages fifteen individual vineyard blocks of “Old Vine” Zinfandel ranging in age from 35 to 117 years old. Each vineyard is planted in sandy loam soils along the Lodi Mokelumne River Region and up into the Clements Foothills.

In 1996, the family began to produce Zinfandel for the bulk wine market, selling wine to a number of prestigious, benchmark producers of Zinfandel in Napa and Sonoma Counties.

In 2000, Steve and Lori made the decision to start their own winery with the mission to produce exceptional Zinfandel. They continue to make wine from all of the vineyard blocks, culling only the very best lots for bottling Klinker Brick and designated vineyard wines. Klinker Brick also produces Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Rosé, and more.
