Detta kvintessensen Cape Cod hem är helt ombyggd och direkt på stranden med magnifik utsikt över Nantucket Sound! Känn dig trygg och säker som hem har en state-of-the-art larmsystem och ligger i en gated community.

Med central luftkonditionering i hela, sover hem 10 och innehåller: kök, vardagsrum, separat vardagsrum, 4 sovrum, 3 och 1/2 bad och en stor Ocean Front däck som lyser på kvällen! Mästaren badrum har en multi-jet massage dusch och en 2-person jacuzzi med lysande lampor. Även i jacuzzin, utsikt över stranden och Nantucket Sound och lyssna på den inbyggda stereosystem eller njuta av väggmonterad tv. Det finns väggmonterad kabel-TV i hela hemmet. Hög hastighet trådlöst internet finns tillgängligt. Du kan njuta av stötfångare biljardbord och utsikt över havet!

Tvärs över gatan utnyttjar gemenskaps Gated Livräddare Protected Utomhuspool! I denna gated community, har vi också tennis och en lekplats för dig att använda! Observera att stranden är privat och inte badvakt skyddas.

Hemmet är inrett med alla apparater, inklusive en tvättmaskin och torktumlare, Länkade utedusch och Barbeque Gas Grill. På övervåningen: Sovrummet har många fönster med havet vyer, en King Size säng och en mycket stor sittgrupp. Det finns en privat master badrum. Även på övervåningen är ett annat stort sovrum med en king size säng, och separat övervåningen finns en vacker sammanträdet rum med utsikt över havet. På övervåningen har också ett stort full storlek badrum mellan den 2: a King Bedroom och separat sitthörna.

Bottenvåningen: stort kök och matplats som har utsikt över havet, vardagsrum och spelrum också utsikt över havet och en halv bad. Sedan i ett separat område Nedre våningen finns en vacker sovrum med en Queen Bed, badrum och ett sovrum med 2 uppsättningar våningssängar som har havsutsikt.

Inbyggd stereo i master badrum, sovrum, vardagsrum och däck. Lyssna på musik stationer över hela USA och världen! Var och en av de nämnda rummen kan lyssna på olika radiostationer eller samma radiostationer på samma gång! Styr den inbyggda stereosystemet direkt från var som helst på egenskapen - även på stranden!

The gated home is lovely and right on the beach! Plenty of sea shells to discover and enjoy. Beautiful ocean views from primary bedroom and back deck. Great host communication and clean, well stocked home. It was a great location with many coffee shops, restaurants and groceries nearby.

Birthday Surprise Perfection

Celebrated a surprise 60th birthday for my husband with our adult children. The house was perfection and that is saying a lot because it rained 3 of the 5 days we were there! Outdoor space, gas firepit with sectional sofa in the dunes and access to beach for long walks was fantastic; very clean; property manager extremely timely and thorough in communication. Kitchen was really well stocked including great outdoor gas grill and lobster pot burner. The house was thoughtfully designed for group of 10. Will absolutely return!

Highly Recommend the Lighthouse!

Wonderful few days in the amazing Lighthouse!! We can't say enough about the location, views, cleanliness, features of the house and every amenity you need!! This is the best rental we have ever stayed in!! We were a family of ten, ages ranging from 3 to 79! The property manager Dee, met us, walked us through the house & was available if we needed anything - but we didn't !! Dee is a lovely, friendly person to work with. Will definitely return!

Great location and wonderfull house

Directly at the private beach, a quite, clean, functional unique house with a lot of nice and special features. Sunrise and sunset direct from the house, endless water and sand at the beach. Everybody in our group liked it a lot.

Great vacation on the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at this ocean front house. From the start, the hosts were very communicative and provided helpful information about the house and the area. The house is incredibly well thought out and stocked with essentials like paper products, soaps, towels, beach toys and chairs, and much more. It is so easy to enjoy the beach, walking straight out the back door, then coming back in easily and with little mess due to a foot washing station and an outdoor shower. This worked so well with our young kids, ages 2 to 9, who wanted to spend almost all of their time on the beach. The views are also amazing. We would love to return on a future visit to Cape Cod.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us.

This beach front property had plenty of room for our large group, and quiet rooms for the kids to take naps. Some of our favorites were the beautiful beach, being just steps away, fit pit and walking distance to the pool and playground. The home was clean, and well stocked.

Perfect beach house

Our family from ages 12-70+ loved the house and beach. The teens loved the neighborhood and made friends while they were there. We all loved the fire pit, bumper pool game and sound system. The beach and deck were the stars of our stay. Dee and Joe were great hosts and responded quickly to questions before and during our stay. We hope to go back to this little slice of paradise.

Amazing Property! Don’t pass up the chance to stay here.

There are too many good things to list about this property and the host. Dee was available at check in to guide us through the house and everything it has to offer. It was extremely clean, well kept with everything in really good condition. Plenty of towels and a ton of beach toys, chairs and games available. During our stay we were looking for recommendations and Dee was responsive within minutes. The view is unbeatable. Don’t think twice, just book it and enjoy.

Amazing Vacation Getaway for Our Annual Family Reunion

Everything we were hoping for and more! This house is amazing. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay easy and luxurious. The beach is beautiful, steps from the house and was never even close to being crowded due to the private community is supports. The water is WARM!! Very shallow out to a sand bar. Safe for all family member to enjoy! We went kayaking every day. Spent all day on the beach. Owners supplied chairs, umbrellas, games and floats. Outdoor shower was divine! We spent nights playing cards and bumper pool. Highly recommend!!

Perfect house for October

For a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren we chose this house on the beach in Yarmouth. The home was exceptionally clean and perfect for us. The owner, Dee thought of everything a family would need on a vacation. I can’t think of one thing that was missing. The kitchen was well stocked, towels and linens were provided as well as a game table, beach chairs and toys for the kids. Every room had a TV, however we spent most of our time outside because of the perfectly warm weather. Although it was October, we were gifted with the best week of the season! We hired a photographer for the special occasion and even he commented that this house is his new favorite beach house on the Cape. Everyone in our party would go back again and again if just to sit on the deck and look at the amazing view. Thank you Dee for providing the perfect place to celebrate!

A great home and location!

I have taken my family to the Cape about 25 times over the years. This was their favorite house and location of all of the places they have stayed over the years. The house was even better than it looked in pictures seen before the visit. Had to bring very little but clothes and bathing suits. Almost everything else was provided. Top of the line everything. My son-in-law was especially fascinated by the high end grill Definitely the place we will try to get when we return to the Cape.

Family vacation

We had a great time! The house and view was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed being right on the beach and having the beach chairs and umbrellas already provided was a plus for us. The only way to experience Cape Cod!!

This home is absolutely incredible. You will not be disappointed with this stay!! It sits right on a private beach that was footsteps away from the patio door. This house is loaded with incredible amenities. Dee and her husband were extremely welcoming and so kind. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The pictures are beautiful, but this home is even more amazing in person! The ocean views are breathtaking. I cannot say enough good things about this property.

Perfection Inside and Out

Our family went to Cape Cod from upstate NY to celebrate our Matriarch’s 97th birthday. She resides in an assisted living facility and has basically been in quarantine for 14 months. We feel blessed that we could all be together in such a spectacular oceanfront home. The more time spend in the home the more you can see and appreciate the fine details and exceptional quality throughout.

Fabulous Home & Location!

This is an amazing property. The house is beautiful and the views are breath taking. The house is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Dee and her husband are amazing hosts. We recommend staying at this stunning and we will certainly be back!
