Vår villa är utmärkt belägen och har en stor mängd utrymme för att bo och sova med en sällsynt tre kung sovrum alla med eget badrum och ett Disney-sovrum.
Det finns ett stort formellt vardagsrum och matplats samt ett separat hölje / familjerum - som båda har plattskärms-TV och erbjuder verkligen utmärkt bostadsyta för de stora familjegrupperna. Varje sovrum har 4K-platt-TV med tillgång till kabel-TV.
Villan har också Wi-Fi-internetuppkoppling och lokala och långväga samtal till USA utan kostnad.
På bottenvåningen finns ett kung sovrum med eget badrum och ett tvåbäddsrum med ett badrum intill - perfekt för alla som vill undvika trappan.
På övervåningen finns det ytterligare två King-sovrum med eget badrum och ett tvåbäddsrum med teman i Disney med eget badrum.
Det öppna köket har allt du behöver för att förbereda snacks eller fullständiga måltider och det finns ett separat tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och separat torktumlare, strykjärn och strykbräda.
Det finns också ett spelrum med biljardbord, fotbollsbord och platt-TV.
Poolområdet är mycket speciellt - en stor solig stor däck ryggar till bevarande. Det finns gott om poolmöbler för måltid utomhus och avkopplande i solen. Poolen och spaet kan värmas upp under vintermånaderna. För dem som behöver lite skugga finns en stor täckt Lanai.
Även om bara 15 minuter från Walt Disney World Resort är samhället i ett lugnt läge som är bekvämt beläget för alla större attraktioner. Orlando Airport ligger cirka 30 minuter från villan.

Awesome Property with good family activities

Awesome property with pool table, fussball, swimming pool, hot tub and much more. Thoroughly enjoyed stay with family. Well equipped kitchen and decently equipped bathrooms and Serene surroundings makes it very relaxing stay.

Family vacation

The management team was very responsive to any requests that we made and the only thing that we didn’t like was the bed in the downstairs master it really needs to be replaced. That’s the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating

My family absolutely enjoyed the space of this home. Having the pool heated extended are days enjoying the hot tub and a quick dip after a long day in the park. As a frequent traveler to Orlando i will certainly look to rent this property again

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay in this house and it was exactly as advertised. The house is very large and well equipped and its a bonus to have an ensuite for every room. The pool was awesome especially the hot tub. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. We will definately stay again.

Great holiday ♥️

We had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed all being together in the same house we all had enough room to have your own space as well as lots of communal spaces to be together… my grandchildren spent so much time in the pool with all the family.. We had a few problems but the owner was so quick to reply and got on to sorting them out very quickly for us… And thank you for letting us check out slightly later because we had an evening flight home it made things so much easier.. We would definitely stay again and would recommend ♥️to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thanks again ♥️

Golf vacation

The house was what we were hoping for. It was at it was advertise, plenty of room for 8 or more ppls. We enjoy the game room and the pool/hottub. looking forward for next year .

Clean, Quiet, and Safe

We were in the area for our recent college grad to accept her 1st teaching position and find an apartment. Couldn’t have been a better location! Pool was wonderful on those 90+ degree days. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

The house was fantastic. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The master bathroom and bedroom very spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so there’s no waiting on line. Close to everything! 35 min away from main attraction and airport as well. Will definitely rent again!

Excellent!

The property was exactly as advertised. The space was very clean and large, which made traveling with five adult-sized humans a breeze (our youngest traveler is 17yo). The game area was a very nice touch and provided a nice break after hectic park days. We didn’t use the pool, but sat out in the area often. The drive to the parks was easy. I would gladly stay there again!

Great location - needs some love

The location and size of the house was great. Having 5 bathrooms for a larger group was a plus. We really enjoyed our time, however this property needs a lot of love. When we arrived, we noticed that almost all of the pool loungers were broken and there were no cushions available. Management was quick to replace the chairs, however it was clear they do not check the property thoroughly in between visits. In addition, the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. We found lots of residual hair and dust all over the place. Shower doors were dirty and there were black rings in the toilet. Much of the glassware in the kitchen required another cleaning before use. The pool was lovely, but there was a clear problem with the filter. We had to constantly clear out bugs and frogs before each use. This was mostly due to the many rips and tears in the screening around the pool. I would recommend that the owners replace that as soon as possible. There was a lack of basic amenities. We needed to purchase almost all essential products (i.e. hand and dish soap, sponges, dishwasher fluid, laundry detergent, etc). This is not something we've had to do in the past renting villas in this area. Overall we enjoyed the size and location of the house, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of amenities. This property is definitely in need of some maintenance and renovation.

Perfect Calabay Hideaway

The house is beautiful - amazing that almost all the bedrooms have king beds, and it’s great that everyone gets their own bathroom as well! There is no lack of privacy for couples. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Lots of beautiful wildlife to be seen in the backyard! If we needed anything at all or had any questions, Gayla was extremely quick to respond. As we travelled from Canada, the host was excellent in accommodating our flight times and even allowed us to have a later check-out. There were a few things that kept me from giving the property a 5-star rating (ie. many tiny ants in the kitchen even without food left out around), but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return!

Wonderful Family Getaway!

This very beautiful spacious house was great for our family vacation. However, ongoing issued with the heater for the hottub/pool kept occurring with the pool man coming two separate times and still not "fixing" the issue just overriding it so it could be used and letting us know that the issues have been unfortunately on-going. It was very nice and a great location for all activities. Host was very accommodating even when an extra day was needed to stay, would highly recommend this property.
