Vi sätter i nya bänkskivor i granit, bubbelprodukter, trä- och kakelgolv, badrum, underbara nya möbler, avancerade tyger för sängkläder, madrasser med minne-skum, konstverk, strandutrustning och mer. Fantastisk utsikt över havet, bredvid Cocoa Beach pir, gångavstånd till restauranger och butiker, poolen vid havet, fantastiska bekvämligheter, allt du behöver är din baddräkt! Vi skulle gärna vara värd för dig, dina vänner och vänner!

Välkommen till Cocoa Beach! Vår lyxiga lägenhet (på andra våningen) är väl en utsedd 3 sovrum, 2 badrum havsutsikt med en plats som är oöverträffad. Enheten ligger ett stenkast från den världsberömda Cocoa Beach Pier där det finns olika aktiviteter för alla åldrar!

Cocoa Beach Towers är en av de få byggnaderna med en pool vid havet så att du kan simma och njuta av en fantastisk utsikt över piren och havet. Dessutom finns en främre gräsmatta med en putgrön och sittgrupp som är perfekt för att titta på raketer, solnedgångar eller bara sola! Balkongen erbjuder en fantastisk utsikt över havet.

Our stay was wonderful. The check-in process was really easy, everything was clean and there were amenities that made our family stay seamless! Would definitely recommend!

Great Location in Cocoa Beach

We had a great stay at this property. It's right on the beach, and it conveniently has beach equipment for use (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.). It's also conveniently located to shops and restaurants in town. The property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We would 100% stay here again.

Family Holiday

The apartment is just as advertised and in a prime position, a few steps from the beach and pier, and close to many wonderful restaurants. Communication with the property company was excellent, always quickly answering questions, and provided lots of information regarding things to do and places to visit in the area. The apartment is well equipped, and has lots of beach equipment. The pool area was clean and had plenty of chairs, and was a great place to relax for a few hours. Many thanks to Zareh for all the help wit( the rental.

We stated at cocoa beach towers first week of November 2022 the condo was super clean great location. Right on the beach walking distance to multiple restaurants .it was a great stay we will be back for sure .Ron P

Awesome week vacation

Very nice house! Everything is close. The beach, Publix grocery and restaurants are walking distance. We had some problems with the stove and Zareh was very fast answering me back and sending a technician to fix it. We are very happy with our stay.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our vacation in this condo. It's in a nice neighborhood, many restaurants, a grocery store and of course the beach. The condo is stocked with everything that you might need for cooking a meal. We made breakfast every day before heading out. Cooler, beach chairs, towels were also supplied.

Amazing unit

We were down in Cocoa Beach for the Worlds USSSA Slow Pitch softball tournament. The condo was spacious and very clean. We had plenty of room for the number of people in our room. Close to all the amenities we were wanting to be close to.

My family and I enjoyed our entire week vacation

The condo was located right next to the beach. Walking distance to food, swimming stores and a grocery store. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was refreshing after spending time at the beach. Recommend the Ale House just at the end of the street. Great food and drinks. We look forward to booking our next vacation at the end of this year.

Perfect location and amazing property

This was exactly what we were looking for! Steps away from a beach and a short drive to stores and restaurants. We were only down for a couple days, but would love to come back and stay at this place again! Everything was new, clean and modern. The beds were super comfortable and there was an ample supply of towels and chairs for the beach. The host was amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and quickly responded to any questions. Thank you!!

Spacious!

Smooth arrival process, great communication, traveled with my family (mom, brother in law, 2 year old, 15 and 18 year old) place was big enough for all of us! Publix super close, exactly 1 hour away from Disney, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, we will definitely be back. We bought a sponge, but they have a dishwasher, had enough toilet paper and paper towels, no need to bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash they have some here! Highly recommend!

Very well kept and beautifully decorated

Hurricane Irma cut our visit short. Otherwise the onsite manager and help were awesome and friendly folks. Grounds were impeccably kept. Condo was beautiful but must note that some of the dishes in the cupboard were wet and not really clean and the beach boards and umbrellas were all broken. Owner was fantastic to deal with.

Very Good stay

Clean condo , adequately stocked kitchen, good linens and towels. Close to pier. Seems to be managed well . Second floor condo farthest from the beach doesn’t give a great view of ocean but that was shown in photos so we knew that going in. Still heard the waves. Would recommend. Thank you.

Beach trip

We loved our stay. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus a sponge). We loved how short the walk was to the beach. then heading to the pool later on in the day. It might have been the time we chose to take our vacation but often we were alone in the pool, or there was only one or two other people. The location is great. Walking distance to the pier and other bars and restaurants. Grocery store right across the street. We had one issue during our stay, and management followed up quickly and resolved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, beautiful Cocoa Beach condo!

We loved our stay at Cocoa Beach Towers #29! The unit was exactly as pictured. Immaculately clean, simply and beautifully decorated. The small balcony was a perfect place for early morning reading and our 1.5yo loved playing out there. Very short walk to the pool and beach. The pool was super clean, warm, and rarely very busy. Our host checked in with us multiple times and was extremely responsive when I asked a question about the checkout process. Our party included 4 adults and three children ages 7, 5, and 1.5. There are no toys in the apt so if you are traveling with children I do recommend bringing some with you or renting via Babyquip which is what we did. We also rented a beach wagon to transport all of our gear, and are glad we did so. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Touched

I previously wrote a review that expressed some concerns. The owners reached out immediately to call and hear what our experience was. They were greatly concerned as this was not what they want in a customer experience. They strive for the 5 star rating. It was stressed to me that our thoughts and concerns are greatly appreciated as that makes an experience amazing for both parties. They listened and even took some advice for future changes. We have never experienced this side of a VRBO true heart felt concern. The owners want an amazing experience for every one that visits their location. I will remember their response and if my travels bring me their way again I, will be looking at their location as a destination to revisit.

Exactly what we were hoping for!

This was a great rental! We had Papa and Gamma, two parents, a 2 yr old and a 4 year old. The condo itself was very spacious. Very easy walk to the beach and outdoor pool. The owners had some very nice 'extras' - some of which we knew ahead of time; some we didn't. They had a bag of beach/sand toys for the kiddos, 3 beach chairs, umbrella, 2 body boards, a cooler (very nice to have!), and beach towels. They had a pack n play, umbrella stroller, and 2 table/chair boosters. I had to contact the owners because we were having trouble connecting to the wi-fi. Emma got back to us with record speed with some suggestions and it was resolved promptly. I was very impressed. We also walked in to a nice gift bag with crayons, coloring book, bubble wands and a couple other things for the kids. Nice touch! Nice location for walks and some shopping and plenty of shopping by jumping in the car. You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit!

Location location location!

The condo itself is nice and roomy. The decorations have that cool retro feel. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nicely updated. The best part about it is the location though. Short walk from beach to pier. Close but not too close. Private gated access to beach is a plus. Keeps the crowd down. Hosing/showering. area coming from the beach has the best setup I’ve ever seen. Made cleaning up from the beach a breeze. Pool is huge! I definitely stay again! Nothing bad to say at all!

Beautifully renovated perfect location

This is a great property, with EXCELLENT property management. Couple things when we arrived were rectified in minutes. Perfectly located by the Pier and stores. Private beach access and great place to watch launches. They had everything in the condo that we could possibly need, we packed so much stuff we didn't need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, the kitchen had everything you need, bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and it even stated "starter" paper products, etc. but there was plenty for plenty for the full 5 days. It really is a class act rental. Well worth the money. We will return next year!
