Steg in i denna rymliga (1500 SF) lägenhet och du kommer genast att känna dig avslappnad. Det första du kommer att märka är den fascinerande oceanfronten från den första av de två stora privata balkongerna - perfekt för att njuta av en morgonkaffe kaffe eller ett eftermiddagsglas vin.

Inredd med en strandstranden, har lägenheten totalrenoverats och innehåller ett stort öppet konceptkök med graniträknare och nya apparater. Det är fullt lagrat så att du kan laga mat om du vill.

Köket har utsikt över en öppen matsal och vardagsrum där du kan sitta ner till middag eller koppla av på de bekväma sofforna och titta på en show eller film på 65 "TV.

Det finns 3 mycket rymliga sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har ett minne skum king size-säng, havet privat balkong, flatscreen TV, eget badrum med dusch och klädkammare. Det första Gästrummet har en queen size-säng, direkt utsikt över havet, plattskärms-TV och en garderob. Den andra Gäst sovrummet som två enkelsängar, plattskärms-TV och en garderob.

Enheten har två fullt ombyggda badrum, en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och är fullt utrustad med sängkläder och handdukar.

Den spanska huvudbyggnaden är bekvämt beläget några steg från centrala Cocoa Beach, mycket nära till affärer, restauranger och självklart, precis vid stranden. Det finns en stor uppvärmd pool (synlig från matsalen och köket) och du är mycket nära många sevärdheter i området.

Även om noteringen säger "ingen återbetalning", förstår vi att saker kommer upp. Om du måste avboka din bokning och du meddelar oss minst 30 dagar före incheckning eller tidigare tar vi inte ut den andra halvan av betalningen.

Best family vacation spot ever

The property was exactly as listed. Very impressed with the layout condition and cleanliness but the view was the absolute best. 3rd floor corner with a perfect view of the beach/ocean and heated pool. Large bedrooms, two balconies and stocked kitchen that had allot of appliances and cookware. My family had plenty of space for alone time as well as common areas to gather for meals and games and television. We spent allot of time at the beach with chairs and towels and even a cooler provided. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by for everything you need. Biggest surprise was that we saw a rocket take off from Cape Canaveral and dolphins swimming around almost every morning while we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. Would def recommend and plan to return again.

Family Spring Break Vacation

The beach was beautiful & clean! The location was convenient & a nice restaurant is right outside the complex. The condo was just like the picture, highly recommend!! An hours drive to Universal Studios too!

Coco Beach Experience

Condo was as advertised and was a great place to stay. Very clean excellent ocean view, the grounds were in great shape and pool area very accommodating. Would highly recommend this property and even consider a return visit.

A January break

This is lovely 3 bedroom condo that was clean, well stocked and with comfortable beds. The condo's two balconies have breathtaking ocean views. The whole complex was well kept, quiet and with easy direct beach access. We would return again and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view

Property was beautiful. I love Spanish Main. The condo was extremely clean. Condo had all you needed for the stay. Only issue are the beds. King and queen both have dips in them. So uncomfortable. Overall would stay here again.

Loved Cocoa Beach

Spanish Main was very good though a bit outdated. The elevator was out of order for our entire two weeks which was in inconvenience. # 68 was very good and had been recently updated.

Rain Didn’t Stop Us

From the beginning Taylor communicated me several times asking if I had any questions prior to our visit. And he provided his cell number when we were there if we needed anything. Fortunately we didn’t need anything and had zero problems. We had a great stay and enjoyed the ocean view from our two balconies and enjoyed the pool too. We don’t have one negative to state. September was a great month to visit due to very little traffic and no waiting at restaurants. The interior was just like the pictures. And it had many beach supplies.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked as described. It’s on the third floor of a building with an elevator which was handy, and had gorgeous direct ocean views from two balconies and large windows. Three large bedrooms with large closets and two bathrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable, extra blankets and plenty of towels for beach and showering were available. Extra nice to have our own washer and dryer as well. All in all it was a perfect place to stay and Jaclyn was wonderful to work with during the reservation process and throughout our stay. Prayers for everyone staying behind during the approaching Hurricane Dorian, and I hope this beautiful place receives minimal damage.

Sand and Waves!

68 Spanish Main Condominium is located in a part of Cocoa Beach that is far enough away from the public beach entrances, that you do not have very many people on the beach. This is a bonus! Between VRBO and Google Maps, we search for our vacation destination every year to find a place that is close, but still far away from the crowds. The area is relatively quiet. It appears as if a few families own the majority of the condominiums, so there is better control over renters. The condo is clean, there are enough towels for an entire wrestling team, plenty of dishes (even a couple of grapefruit spoons), like Mr. Green (Monkees) there is a TV in every room, and we added a plastic iced tea jug. The beach closet has four chairs, three boogie boards, a skim board, a sand toys. There is an umbrella, but we always bring our own canopy. You must use the tea pot; the boiling of water creates the same sound as the first Wednesday of the month weather alert alarm. I was told the management (Jaclyn) owns approximately one hundred units in Florida, so keeping rentals clean and modernized is a never ending process, yet she was able to answer questions within a reasonable amount of time. The condominium is oceanfront and on the third floor with two balconies. We visited with three of our five children (one is in the Navy and one a police officer who got married three weeks ago - so neither could vacation with us). In their place was my wife’s mother, who after twenty-eight years of asking her, agreed to go with us on vacation. The condominium met our needs and expectations. I do not know if we will ever return to Cocoa Beach, however if we return we would stay at 68 Spanish Main.

Best of both

Being right on the beach and overlooking the ocean was so beautiful and very relaxing! The morning sunrises were breathtaking! But, if you’re not an ocean swimmer (like me) having a clean and nice sized pool to swim in and play with the grandchildren was wonderful. The location was perfect and the beach was never crowded…looking further up and down the beach, we could see that those places definitely had more people. We also saw the space x launch from the beach which was very cool…especially because we had just toured The Kennedy Space Center the day before. I will not hesitate to book here again…. Just make sure to be on the 2nd-4th floor (we were on the 3rd) so you can see the ocean. Otherwise, your view will be blocked by the small dune between the building and the ocean. Lots of delicious food close by and one last thing… make sure to stop in at The Ice Cream Hut at least once (or twice 🤗) during your stay!! Jody and family (from Wisconsin) August 2022
