Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. If you have a large family and need an extra space, you can always rent the West side as well, - check out `Oceanfront home with breathtaking views, West!`
Location, location, location! This spacious ocean front property has unbelievable, peaceful, and breathtaking direct views of the white sand beach and pristine aqua color water of the Atlantic Ocean for you to enjoy right from your deck and balcony and offers a private beach access, fun for the whole family and easy access to shopping, restaurants and more!
Main level features a hall, œ bath, open concept bright, two-story living room with wall of windows, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and two private rooms with closets and a Jack and Jill bathroom. Upstairs: two private bedrooms with full baths and queen beds (one of these bedrooms has a private balcony to enjoy the direct views of the Atlantic Ocean, sunrises/sunsets, and, of course, dolphins when they are cruising the shoreline). The duplex has undergone extensive renovations in 2022 such as a TREX deck, impact sliding doors, entry door, Hardie planks siding, electrical panels inside, HVACs/A/Cs with UV-light (kills microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and protozoa), outside shower rooms, roof, cement fascia, soffits, gutters, etc.; in 2023 new ocean front windows, flooring in laundry room and new water heater. Bring your vacation dreams to life!

- Please wear your shoes while walking on the deck as trex decking boards can get hot due to sun exposure in the summer.
- Please wear shoes and be careful when walking under the house as there could be some nails or other small sharp objects buried in the sand from the extensive outside renovations, we had in 2022-2023.
- There is a small closet area by the entry door that will be locked up (designated for the cleaning crew only).
- Details about how you get the key will be texted on the day of check-in.
- Please clean grill after each time you have used it.
- Please take out garbage frequently to eliminate any intruders. We do have a contract w/ a local pet control company and property is regularly sprayed.
