Nyrenoverat för 2018 !! Vi har lagt till ett nytt täckbord på verandan och soldäcket, alla nya möbler och madrasser, apparater, nya fönster och dörrar och fullständig ommålning för att fräscha upp denna klassiska Ocean Front Cottage.

Du kommer inte komma närmare stranden. Direkt tillgång till havet från den inhägnad trädgården. Fantastisk utsikt över solnedgången på soldäcket eller den täckta stora verandan. Känn brisen och koppla av på de 4 gungstolar, lounge och solbränna på ditt privata däck, njut av en utomhusmiddag på picknickbordet. Ta en 5 minuters promenad till restauranger, butiker eller livsmedelsbutik.
Helt inhägnad på gården perfekt för barn och husdjur

Insidan är fräsch och luftig med vidsträckt havsutsikt från kök, matsal och familjerum. Familjerummet har HDTV, Netflix och FAST WIFI för alla. Matsalen har plats för 6 eller använder barstolar runt det fullt utrustade köket. Ny kylskåp med dubbla ismaskiner och gott om skåp och verktyg. De främre 2 sovrummen har skjutbara glasdörrar som vetter mot utsikt över havet. Alla 3 sovrummen har HDTV,. Barnen har 2 våningssängar med en tvättmaskin i full storlek och torktumlare.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The house was wonderful for our stay and the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups! The house was clean and stocked for our needs and the AC worked great. The renovated showers were excellent after a day of soaking in the sun at the beach. Beach access was an ease and the rocking chairs made the sunrises and sunsets very enjoyable. Mike and Chris were very responsive - we look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful Location - Steps from the beach

We took a short trip for spring break with 2 teenagers and had a blast. Every day spent on the beach. This house is steps away from the sand. Very cute house, comfortable beds and stocked with all the towels and linens needed! Can’t wait for the next trip!

Perfect location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return! The location is perfect.. right on the water, near restaurants and quiet! The dogs loved the fenced in yard, and we loved the massive deck!

Relaxing week

It is right on the beach. It was chilly for North Carolina but I really enjoyed my time there. I did not have any problems with the unit and it was very clean. Hope to come back next year

Perfect getaway

The Boys of Summer was the perfect place for our vacation with friends. The fenced in yard was great for the furbaby. Can’t beat being right on the beach with the most gorgeous sunsets! The house was clean and equipped with all the necessities. The beds were comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive. Will definitely be back.

Family get away

This was a perfect location for a family get away. We had easy access to the beach, a beautiful view and plenty of room for everyone to relax. My favorite moments were coffee at sunrise on the porch, even in December.

The house was a great size for my family, I have 2 grown children with husbands, and then my mom and my Aunt actually slept in the “kids” room but it was wonderful having our pups with us it really made the trip for all of us.

Exactly what we needed for a getaway

Great stay at The Boys if Summer, even though summer is unfortunately long gone. Plenty of room in the house, comfortable bed and couch in the living room. Also very nice to see a place that has an actual large screen tv instead of a little tv in a corner. Yes I know it’s the beach but there are still some rainy cooler days where it’s nice to have it available.Yard was perfect sized for our four legged companion to be able to go out for nature calls. The two tiered deck was a nice feature with the deck chairs out in the full sun or having the option to sit under the covered portion.We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great location right on the beach and convenient to stores and shops without having other houses right on top of you.

Run Oak Island

Came down with friends for the race and this place was perfect for us. Close to the starting line and had all the amenities we needed. The porch with the rockers over looking the ocean was the highlight!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation beach house

Our vacation included daughter, grandsons and their wife, fiancée and a friend. The beach house was perfect for our stay. Just steps from the beach and close to grocery store and restaurants. Loved it and will definitely return.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this rental. The views and proximity to the beach can’t be beat! The decks were perfect for lounging/playing/eating meals. Fenced in portion was great for small dog and kids! Everything was completely as advertised.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We have stayed in Edisto, Ocean Isle, and once before in Oak Island. This stay was the best of all of them! The house was well-equipped and clean. It had a fenced yard and was close to everything that we needed including a large dog park. The owners were very responsive to our questions during the inquiry process, and the check-in process, and answered questions once we arrived at their home. We would highly recommend this property for a wonderful beachfront vacation!

Steps to beach

Great, relaxed space to hang out right on the beach! You could hear the waves at night from two of the bedrooms. Our pup loved the fenced-in yard and pet-friendly stretch of beach!

Great beach house

Excellent place to stay, especially with a dog. Yard is fenced and back porch also has a gate. Very easy beach access from back yard of house. Able to easily transport supplies and dog back and forth. Great ocean view from porch. Walkable to great restaurants, 2 grocery stores, beach shop, and mini-golf. Town Park and Rec loaned us a beach wheelchair, which was also very helpful. You can also drive dog to nearby Caswell beach for off-leash time before 9 am.
