PROPERTY RULES:
* Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking or subject to cancellation
* Must be 25 years or older to book
* If you choose to bring your dog/s, there is an additional, non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. The fee is to be charged after reservation confirmation.
* Smoking not permitted
* All reservations are non-refundable — we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip
* Optional pool heat: $90 per day.
