The house was beautifully designed with classic Mexican architectural details, including vaulted clay tile ceilings, Juliet balconies, intricate wrought-iron details, colorful stained glass windows, and Talavera tile throughout. The indoor-outdoor design allows guests to truly enjoy the perfect climate that Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
Most of your time will be spent on one of our many spacious terraces either lingering over a leisurely brunch while admiring the incredible ocean and mountain views or sipping margaritas from the infinity pool while watching the sunset over the ocean.

Each of the 9 ocean view bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom, brand-new pillow-top mattresses, top-of-the-line linens, and individual air conditioning units.

The house comes fully staffed so you don’t need to lift a finger while enjoying your vacation.

– Cook plus cook’s assistant/waiter to go grocery shopping and prepare 2 meals per day (cost of groceries to prepare the meals is extra)

The staff will go shopping before and throughout your stay for groceries, meals, and whatever additional snacks and beverages you would like to have at the villa. They will present you with the receipts for reimbursement which must be paid in cash. There is no fee to do the shopping. We let our guests know to budget between $30 – $50 USD per guest per day…the amount completely depends on what and how much your group eats and drinks. At the end of the stay, it is customary to leave a gratuity for the staff. On average, guests generally leave between $30 – $40 USD per guest per day.

Need to know:
— If you’re traveling with small children or infants, 5 of the bedrooms open onto the pool deck so parents need to be vigilant at all times.
— All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate the quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
— For the safety and security of the villa, guests, and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the Luxury Villa at any time.
— We do not rent to bachelor-type groups or spring break groups.
