Great place and location

Stayed here for the NCAA National Championship. Great location, easy to get to and easy to get downtown and out. We rented a car versus relying on Lyft which can be a nightmare after a major sporting event. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. The house is depicted correctly. Three floors with lots of room.

Great stay in Atlanta for large group!

This was the perfect place for me and my partner to stay with 3 other couples. It was just like the pictures show. Plenty of space and the location worked for our trip!

Close to downtown

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the house despite a couple of inconveniences. The house was conveniently located to downtown and didn’t take long for us to get back and forth. The parking situation was not the best. The carport and driveway are extremely difficult to get out of based on the high curb and close proximity to the house next door. The beds were comfortable as well although streetlights shined into a couple of the bedrooms at night. House included all necessities which was also very convenient.

Bugs and Roaches

Good evening Vrbo, I have talk to the property manager. She offer a full refund if we would left the property on Christmas morning! But she didn’t have a property available. So I feel like a full refund is still do to us! We were greatly disappointed in this property! If it had not being Christmas we would’ve definitely left the property! I am not sure why you would allow a property like this to be a part of your company. This was totally unacceptable! We’re still seeing bugs this morning as we left, was right over the bed that my daughter and son in law slept in. My daughter in law took a picture of a one see saw last night in their room! Just totally unacceptable. The house is old and needs a total renovation! I should be given a fully refund ASAP! Because I will definitely do review on this property!

DO NOT book this place!

I stayed here for a weekend with some friends. Upon entering the home, there was a moldy smell and there was a leakage from the kitchen ceiling after we used the second floor bedroom shower. The leakage was near the electric outlets which caused us to be uneasy the entire trip. We also discovered that there was another leakage on the second floor bedroom as well, so we knew this issue was not the first time the home had this problem. This property needs to be taken down because it had severe damage that makes it unsafe or uninhabitable for guests. There was also a lack of communication with the property owner - they assured us that they would resolve the issue and offer partial refund but it has been almost a week since we booked the vrbo. Save yourself the headache and do not book this place!

Needs blackout curtains

Overall, the house was nice and clean. There are 3 floors in this home. The second floor needs better curtains for both bedrooms b/c the street light right outside the window shines too bright into the rooms making them both very bright. There is a little window with no curtain in one of them and the room was so bright, I could barely sleep. Also, there is no regular tv...its pretty much all streaming and when we tried to log into our netflix/directv, neither of them worked either. I called the contact number to ask how to work the tv's and she said she had no idea. My husband tried everything to find a channel that worked where he could watch the game but it never happened. He was very disappointed. Also, there is a lockbox with a key in it for the front door which was not convenient really if you have more than one family staying in the house. (people forget and end up taking the key inside with them and the other party coming in later has to stand there and knock forever) Keyless would work so much better. Nice house....just needs some minor upgrades!

The property was beautifully staged and immaculately clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, it was clean, and the host was very responsive. It was cold at night and we couldn't adjust the temperature, that is the only con. Great host and an EXTRAORDINARY property! 10/10

Amazing!

Great place to stay!! We were on an all girls trip and had a blast!! LaShonda was so nice and took great care of us! It’s perfect for different couples because each of us had privacy. Beds were big and nice! Nice and safe location too being at the end of a road. The master bathroom—I can’t say enough. That shower was amazing! The only thing that I can say that was needed more was more towels in the bathroom. But there’s a washer and dryer there so we could have easily washed some. So I’m not complaining. Thanks for letting us rent from you! We definitely recommend it to others!!

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and the property manager was attentive. I did have a couple of issues with the refrigerator and a roof leak but the leak seemed to have resolved itself and the fridge was not a big deal since we were out most of the time. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting the Atlanta area.

Nice home, but need window covering.

Home is very nice. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because their was no window covering on windows in the bedrooms. The street light shines BRIGHTLY in each of the 3 front bedrooms. We went out and purchased covering for the windows for the remainder of our stay. The owners are purchasing window covering for future guests. Please make sure you verify that they are installed if you want to get any sleep.
