Winery Row. Detta hem på västra sidan ligger på vingården, PAIX SUR TERRE: s hem .. Ligger i utkanten av en vingård. Ett litet 1200 sf hem med utsikt över gård fält och massor av mycket och integritet. Beläget på Winery Row, är detta en bekväm plats att centrera ur medan du njuter av våra områden Bästa vingårdar. Cirka 10 minuter till Paso Robles. PAIX SUR TERRE "fred på jorden" är vingården som ligger på fastigheten högst upp på kullen, bara ett hopp, hopp och ett hopp bort. Njut av vinerna från vingårdens däck, eller ta ner det till din privata Hamlet. Fastigheten är grindad med en stenlagd väg för integritetsförsäkring. Detta hem är helt nytt, det är ett modulärt hem med granitbänkar, rostfria vitvaror, 9 fot tak, tvättmaskin och torktumlare & tvungen uppvärmning och luftkonditionering. Master-sviten har en Queen size-säng och stort badkar och dusch. Det andra sovrummet har en Queen size-säng med tillgång till eget badrum. Detta är ett fantastiskt rumskoncept med ett trevligt utsiktsdäck framför. Fastigheten kan sova upp till 6 med användning av Murphy-sängen i vardagsrummet. Vi har ställt fastigheten upp för att rymma upp till sex personer, men två kommer att vara i vardagsrummet.
En grill serveras för de som bara vill hänga och varva ner efter en dag med vinprovning. Uteservering är ett bra val eftersom det finns ett bord för sex på främre däck. Njut av att titta på djurlivet från däck eller från de stora panoramafönstren i vardagsrummet. Närliggande vingårdar är Saxum, Linne Colodo, Denner, Villa Creek, Jack Creek, Booker & Dover Canyon bara för att starta ..

Perfect location

Home was in a perfect location for our weekend. Close to many wineries and distilleries. Had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. We hope to be able to stay again for our next winery event.

Relaxing stay on the vineyard

Enjoyed the warm hospitality, lovely home and amenities for sipping local wine and preparing our evening meals. Close to the Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, the wineries and the towns of Paso and Templeton.

Wine Tasting Extended Weekend

Very nice property out on the countryside away from all the light and noise pollution. Close to many wineries on the 46 West, but really a good home base for visiting any of them in the Paso area. House is great, newer and clean. Bedrooms, bathrooms spacious and clean. No issues at all. Will probably be back in thee future.

Would stay again!

If you are looking for a West location, this should be the place you rent. Perfect for four people.. Off West 46, it is quiet but convenient to everything. Its natural setting (working farm) makes it a great place for relaxation and nature watching. Owners checked, by email, during stay just to see how things were going. Everything was neat and tidy.

Quiet getaway

This home offered an amazing retreat. Although it could easily handle 4 (or maybe even 6) adults, we only had two and enjoyed the extra space. So quiet! About 1/4 mile from Vineyard Drive in Paso but behind a small ridge so could not hear any traffic, just the occasional family of wild turkeys walking on the oak leaves and cow "mooing" in the adjacent field. Bonus that it is a short walk up the hill to a winery if you are in the mood. The property manager was also very helpful, while the full kitchen, BBQ and laundry where also nice to have.

Very nice stay

Enjoyed our stay, but just to note the home is NOT part of the vineyard (we thought we were going to stay in a vineyard but it was just adjacent). Space was exactly as it looked in the photos, though not very personal at all... it seemed like a house built purely as a vacation rental, which is fine, just don't expect any personality...

Location is nice and quiet. Lovely green pasture as view off deck. Property perfect for 2 couples, Mitch (owner) was easy and responsive. House clean and nicely done. We will be back!

Excellent location

This was a great home base for our wine tasting adventure. Close to our favorite wineries and a very easy trek to town for dinner or supplies. Nice quiet location, and neat to walk outside to see grazing deer in the morning. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing and beautiful escape.

We had a wonderful time enjoying this property for the weekend. It’s location is still in the mix of wineries and not too far from town, but when you step outside you feel like you are far away. It’s silent other than birds and other nature sounds. Beautiful setting and a wonderful place. Only complaint is the heater pops on and off and it’s quite loud, other than that excellent.

Lovely get away

Lovely setting. Very clean and new with everything we needed. Everything in terrific working order, including terrific central heating. Plenty of relaxing indoor space. It rained all weekend, so we weren’t able to enjoy the decks, but could watch the deer in the fields from inside. Mitch was very easy to work with and gifted us with a lovely bottle of wine. We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and perfect!

Perfect vacation rental for two couples looking for a peaceful place to stay in wine country. We had a wonderful weekend at Mitch’s property. It was well kept, clean, and private. Could not recommend it more if you’re looking for something out of the city. We will be back!

Cozy and conveniently located

We truly enjoyed our stay. We would rebook this place based alone on the morning views of the sun coming up over the farm and being conveniently located to so many great wineries. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a home away from home.

Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay. We were so busy most of the days in Paso that we didn’t get to stop in the winery....next time! I really enjoyed the early evenings and mornings at the place because of the wild life. We saw hawks, turkeys, deer, and cattle. It was so serene and peaceful. The only thing we did notice is that the floors, tables, countertops and mirrors were not very clean. But mot to worry, we had clorox wipes and we cleaned up as best we could with what we had. All in all a wonderful place.

Peaceful, clean, easy access to main points of interest

Fantastic property, well maintained, very clean, modern decor and amenities. Easy drive to local vineyards, downtown Paso, Templeton, and Atascadero. Loved the peace and quiet and local wildlife. Well appointed kitchen for cooking your own meals. Beds comfortable. Reverse osmosis for drinking water. Owners very responsive to questions. Overall, a fantastic experience.

A slice of Paradise

As advertised. The location was perfect. The place was peaceful. It had Million Dollar views. It was quiet, secluded, and bordered by grape vines, and stunning oak trees. The patio was a perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. It was an ideal place to have a cup of coffee in the early morning an a glass or two of local wines to accompany a nice grilled steak. This is a definite destination for us in the future. Mitch was attentive enough, and responded expeditiously when needed. On a scale of of 1 - 10. It receive an 11+. You must put this on the place to stay in Paso!!!!!
