Perfect home base for Rome

Giovanna was an excellent and easily reached host for this beautiful and quiet flat 15min walk from the Ottaviano metro stop and the Vatican. A little slice of peace for our family during an otherwise bustling visit to Rome. Highly recommend for families.

A Home Away from Home

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Giovanna is an excellent and caring host! Her warm welcome and kindness were key features for us. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and provides everything you might need. There is a nice supermarket nearby, as well as several restaurants. The walk to the Vatican is pleasant and very convenient. The apartment offers all the amenities you need for a wonderful and relaxing stay. We hope to return soon and will undoubtedly stay at Giovanna's place again! Thank you for contributing to an unforgettable experience!

Rome trip

The host was very good. She was easy to contact and responsive to requests when needed. The apartment itself is good and central but looks better in the posting images than in reality. Restaurant recommendations were really helpful and good go to suggestions.

Comfortable apartment in a charming neighborhood

We loved our stay at this great apartment. Everything was just as described, and Giovanna was an excellent host. We enjoyed many of the restaurants in the neighborhood, especially the Versatile cafe across street. We also appreciated the proximity to the bus stop and the fact that we were within walking distance of the Vatican. Highly recommend!

Amazing Vatican Stay!

Giovanna was great, really responsive to all our questions. Super nice quiet residential neighborhood. Cafe and grocery at the corner. All bedrooms closed off completely with well insulated doors for our late sleepers. 5 people stayed and we'd all love to stay there again.

Perfect location near local transportation

This property is located ten minute walk to vatican or short bus ride. 5 min walk to the subway that gets you to most major attractions of Rome. The host set up our pickup from the airport and met us at the check-in. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Idéal pour 4 personnes !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Giovanna. L'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire, il est propre, accueillant et spacieux. L'appartement est situé à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du Vatican, 20 des jardins de la villa Borghese. Un vaste réseau de bus à 100m pour rejoindre n'importe quelle autre quartier. Parfait !

This apartment was very clean, comfortable beds and a nice area, however it’s incredibly impractical with a shower that is like an ice rink with low water power, the steps in unexpected places were as dangerous as the shower especially for children and older people. Black floors, walls and dull lighting felt a little like living in a cave. Everywhere needs an update I’m afraid. Having the photo of the garden in the advertisement is misleading as it is owned by a neighbour so you can’t use it. I could list far more annoying things about this apartment but this review would be never ending. If you are looking for luxury I’m afraid you won’t find it here, the apartment certainly didn’t match the price we paid.

Home away from home.

The apartment was exactly what we expecting from the pictures posted. Air conditioning was definitely an asset as Rome was in the middle of +30’s for our entire stay. Grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and pizzerias abound on every corner. Bus and train just around the corner. Walking distance to tourist attractions as well. Giovanna our host was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our stay easier. Highly recommend!!

Sehr gute Lage !!!

Giovanna ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Wir waren noch nie in Roma und Giovanna hat uns ins samtlichen Bereichen mit sehr guten Tipps geholfen. Sie ist großartigt und hat sich immer bemüht um das Wohbefinden der Gäste. Die Wohnung ist in eine sehr gute Lage und liegt sehr zentral und 20 min entfernt von Vatican? Restaurant und Geschäfte sind in der nähe und erleichte das Auffenthal in Roma. Die Wohnung entspricht perfekt den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen oder weiter emphefen.

Great vacation in Rome

Stylish apartment close to the Vatican. Apartment offers all amenities required for a comfortable family stay. Prati area provides various shops and restaurants and offers the opportunity to explore several of Rome’s main attractions within walking distance. We will definitely come back !

A Nice Place to Stay

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and was very attentive to our needs. It’s a bit off the beaten path, which is both good and bad, but there is a supermarket and some good places to eat in easy walking distance. The subway was a bit of a walk and we needed to use Ubers (linked to ITTaxi) to get around because of the heat, but the apartment was a great place to come back to and call “home” while we were in Rome.

Modern apartment in great location!

This apartment was an excellent find for our trip to Rome this spring. Situated close to metro and delicious dining options, it is a nicely updated ground-floor two bedroom with all the amenities and conveniences you’d expect. The neighborhood is quiet and un-touristy, so there’s a fair bit of quiet at night. We felt safe getting to and from the apartment from transit and dinner, and with the modern windows we hardly heard a thing of the outside world. Our host was Giovanna and she was kind and helpful at check in, and walked us through some of the best restaurants and areas to explore around the apartment. Would gladly come back next time we’re in Rome!

TUTTO PERFETTO!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per dieci giorni, trascorrendo piacevolissime vacanze di Natale nella meravigliosa Città Eterna. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort, gli spazi sono ben organizzati, i letti molto comodi, l'arredo funzionale; silenzioso, all'interno di uno stabile signorile. La zona è molto centrale, due fermate di autobus da Piazza San Pietro, da villa Borghese e dalle principali aree di interesse turistico e culturale. La sig.ra Giovanna è premurosa, cortese, attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti...Tutto davvero perfetto, un'esperienza da consigliare e da ripetere.

I have been owning this apartment for 20 years and my Mummy leaves in the same building.
It is a neighbor where the medium-high and high classes leave, with lots of nice 1900’ buildings.
The apartment has been completely renovated just a few years ago and everybody says the new modern look it is a real WOW!!! thanks to my brother’s passion for architecture and design..
I love having windows on a garden (garden is private, therefore not accessible to guests).
